McDonald's

This was the first McDonald's to give me food that looked just like the advertised food and was hot and fresh. Was a magical moment. Cheese burgers and chicken and hot fries 🍟 and some strawberry cream pies o yes i was definitely a magical moment

I have to confess... McDonald's and Starbucks are my most reliable go to places when I need to use the restroom on my roadtrips. I don't believe in taking without giving. Today, I got a medium strawberry milkshake and medium fries as a snack. I dint remember the last time I got a shake at McDonald's. The shorter young Asian lady behind the counter was so nice. She asked if I wanted whipped cream in my shake. She had my order filled at top speed!! She was fast! And nice too. The milkshake and fries are delicious! Thank you!!

1/4 Pounder 🧀 cheese & 🥓 bacon, Large Fries & a Large DIET Coke. And your probably saying so what. It is HOT SMOTHERED in Onions (I like) AND HEINZ WOULD BE PROUD! FRENCH FRIES 🍟HOT 🔥 AND FILLED LARGE DIET COKE Filled but not Overflowing. 3 for 3!

When I first walked in I was welcomed by employees. My first impression of the place was really good. The table were well clean, and there was employees walking around making sure the restaurant was clean. The decoration of the place is and pleasant. Food gets to you in less than 5 minutes. I had a small coffee with a hashbrown for only 3.69!!! Since there was an offer of 99€ for an iced coffee.

The food is always hot and the employee who works the drive thru for breakfast just makes you smile! He is always happy and loves telling "dad jokes".

McDonald's... the kid's favorite place. But, honestly, you want to STOP & come in here or you will miss Mrs. Dena who is a GENUINE TREASURE!!! She's been here 37 years, she has some stories of people, changes, being the Kent Island Party Planner/organizer. She is a "ray of sunshine 🌞 sprinkling care & love 💞 to ALL the guests who come in." We were truly blessed & you will be too! Stop In, ❤!

I ordered my usual chicken sandwich which tasted the way I expect it to, juicy and crisp. The staff were so helpful, I left my phone behind and was 3 hours away before I noticed. They went out of their way to help me get it back.

I stopped by last night at the Kent Island McDonald's on the east bound side of U.S. 50 at about 7:00 PM. A young, affable lady named Aliyah was working the resister and another young lady was mopping the floor. What I noticed as a retired high school teacher was the high esprit de corps of the employees. They were professional, pleasant, personable, and proficient. I have taught students how to mop floors, and the young lady doing this task was 100% efficient in her work while greeting people as they came in and wishing them well as they left. The store was clean, attractive, and well-organized. Your employes were exepmplary! Continue to teach them that when small jobs are done well people notice.

I don't eat at McDonalds often, but this particular one is very efficient and high tech. I'm from Pittsburgh, PA and haven't seen any like this yet here. Ordering through a kiosk makes things so much easier. Drive through lanes are run efficiently also.

Food always comes out hot and fast. The guy in the drive thru who tells the jokes is amazing. There have been so many times we just so happened to stop and after interacting with this staff member, always leave with a smile!! He (sorry I don't remember his name) makes the experience an amazing one! Thank you!!

Our order is always taken promptly and cooked to McDonald’s perfection. Staff is pleasant and quick to fix any errors if they do happen😁🫶

I usually don’t make a recommendation on a McDonalds location, but here I will! Biggest ice cream cone I’ve ever seen, placed perfectly so I ate the whole thing and didn’t spill any. The rest of the food was perfectly done as well. Wonderful smiles and greetings, quick service. They seemed actually happy to see us, and it was late last night!!!

All locations are different according to the employees hired & how management properly trains. These folks were efficient and friendly. Thanks!

The employees are friendly and they do a great job getting people in and out of the drive thru for the most part. We go there often for milkshakes, sundaes and mcflurry’s. Their prices are affordable and competitive. These lil ones waiting patiently for their Oreo McFlurrys. ;)

I was only here for a quick in and out, but crew was super friendly and smiling. I cannot express how important that is because no over smiles at work anymore.

This particular restaurant is always clean and now has order kiosks for added convenience. I prefer ordering with the person at the register, because they are always welcoming and friendly. The food here is very good - my double hamburger closely resembled the one on the menu, instead of being flat and small. The fries were perfectly cooked (some restaurants overcook and over-salt them), and the vanilla shake was thick and delicious.

We stopped for a quick lunch and were met with hot coffee, fresh fries, and great service! Definitely a good experience.
