Monica's has consistently great pizza.
You love it or you don't, but we never get undercooked soggy pizza.
Love their pizza, and prices have been consistent as well.
Hard working and well managed location here in north Knoxville location, so easy pick up from the heights and Knolls.

Wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking, and crispy, tasty pies.

The staff (all 2 of them) were the friendliest! I felt badly for them though. I only gave service a 3, not because they were bad, but because they didn't have enough help. It took longer to get our pizza because one gal had to do the truck while the other gal ran the kitchen and front of the house. The truck had to be completed by a certain time.
I truly enjoyed talking with these ladies and they did a fabulous job for their situation. They shouldn't be left in a position where they can't service the dining room and kitchen at the same time.
I told them I would definitely be back to see them on my next visit to Peoria.

There are many pizza establishments around that you essentially get the same thing that does not happen at Monical's you get a unique and tasteful experience that is unique and special to them and you

the food is awesome! honestly we love this place. we place an online order here at least once a month, we do make modifications to the pizza but about 50% of the time it's incorrect. i should really check before i leave but she removes 2 items from one side and adds a different item so it seems like more trouble than it's worth. the staff is friendly and fast. we will continue to enjoy their food and just deal with it. Definitely 👍 👍

As always, everything was excellent from the time we walked in the door.
Atmosphere, workers, service and food.

Stopped in for lunch after a doctor's appointment. I'm from out of town, so I have never been there.
The staff were friendly and attentive. The pizza was excellent, quick and exactly what I was hoping it would be.
I WILL be going back.

I've never had a single bad experience with this Monical's location. Aside from the expected longer wait times that come with dining out during weekend dinner rush hours, they always have an open table. At the same time they're seldom empty, which gives the room a lively yet reasonably amicable feel. The pizza has always been fresh with each one coming out slightly differently than the others, unlike the cookie cutter monotony of a standard pizza chain. The prices are absolutely fair, the service is quick and friendly, and I can't think of a better place to sit down for fresh pizza.

Received excellent service. The speed the politeness and the follow-up was awesome. The only thing I say is I'm used to eating a lot of different monicals and they have their own special seasoning that they put on the pizza. I think it was lacking of little of the seasoning they should put a little more on at this particulars other than that it was excellent all the way around

All I gotta say is wow. I haven't eaten my pizza yet but it's always awesome so whatever. But delivery is always kinda frustrating because it takes soooooo long. But not today. I ordered my pizza, and it said expected wait time is 90-110 minutes. Cool I expect that. I can live with it. But I got my pizza in 30 minutes. 30! Like I wasn't prepared! To my delivery guy and monicals on Knoxville, thank you for being awesome.

Pizza is always good, but 5 stars for our Server Hollie. We are not regulars, but she always remembers our drink and food orders off the top of her head. Watched her tonight handle about 10 tables on her own. You have a very valuable server their. Don't let her go!

The waitress was very polite, courteous & friendly. We had not been setting very long before our drinks came & then the salad. We were probably about half done with the salad and then pizzas came. Salad & pizza were both very good. Our waitress was attentive to our needs. Was a good dining experience.

Monicals is definitely one of my favorite pizzas. Crispy, cracker-thin crust, and the salad is one of the best as well. 10/10

Great deal called the family pleaser 16 inch pizza salad and pitcher of drink. They also have pasta,sandwiches and breadsticks. Service was great restaurant was clean.

Great pizza always, great service. Very consistent. Good management team. Employees actually seem to like their job as they are very nice/friendly.

We got "The Point" pizza with pepperoni, onion, mushroom , black olives and extra cheese. We also chose the garlic bread and added mozzarella. Only $26 and some change. Everything was hot azz nd tasty. The employees were friendly. We will be back.

Great place to catch a delicious pizza pie! My recommendation is to try the delight on a 16" thin crust, salad, and try both of those with the signature "Monical's dressing", a delicious sweet and tangy sauce. Roomy place and comfortable enough for kids to sit in a booth.

I haven't visited Monica's in a long time but it is absolutely my favorite. Best pizza hands down. Thin crispy great cheese and wonderful spices.

We ordered two different pizzas one of them being an odd mix. When they brought that one out, it was wrong and they went above and beyond to make it right. The service and food was great.
