Starbucks

I always love this Starbucks. The only complaint I have is that 3 times this past week (I stop in 3-5 times a week) I did not receive the bonus stars for using my own cup. It is really a great incentive for people to use reusable cups, but only if you actually give the bonus stars.

This was my first time ever going threw a Starbucks. It won't be my last. The young lady at the drive threw window was very understanding that I was a new customer, she did not rush me and listened to exactly what I wanted. I was in and out of the drive threw in about 5 minutes.

I came in for a dine in order. They placed my food on a nice little dish and my hot drink in an adorable Starbucks bug. Shortly after starting my snack, I asked for a small cup of water and they took care of me. Being 9 months pregnant, this was a sweat treat.

Great location.
The parking lot and drive through traffic make it a bit difficult to safely navigate.

This is a pretty busy Starbucks but they keep up pretty well. Everyone was so friendly, especially the employee who helped my 4 year old purchase a cup. The employee was just as excited as my daughter which was adorable. My coffee was delicious. We sat inside for a little while waiting for the zoo to open and it was nice. Everything is spaced out enough to sit with a small child and not bother anyone who may be working. My daughter called the seating bench the “Friends” couch 😅 it’s cute and cozy and if you order online for in store pick up they have everything at the counter for you but still greet you as you come in. One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to.

Very nice Starbucks location! Every time we do a mobile order, it is ready when we get there no matter how close we are! They are so on top of things!! Highly recommend!

Exceptional customer service from both Dori and Charlotte!! They are amazing and deserves recognition for this! Way to go!

I go here a few mornings a week to pick up my mobile order via drive thru. Rich (that’s what his name tag says!) happens to be working the last few times and this last time I told my husband, “I really need to leave a review just to make it known how great Rich is.” He is the most kind, happy employee I’ve seen work at any Starbucks. If he isn’t a manager or team lead, I’d be shocked. This location also never messes up, although it would be understandable if they did because they are pretty busy. Very quick for how busy they are, though. In the Madison area, this location (off 51 and pflaum) and the East wash location are both great.

Everything is always smooth here. Lines move quick, workers are super friendly, drinks always taste great.

I love going here to this particular Starbucks. I go as often as possible the staff is really friendly. They grind by coffee beans to Perfection just the way I like. It is very clean and often busy. The employees are very efficient with getting your orders together

Fast. Kind, helpful. I have had a great experience just about eveytime. 1 time one of the cashier's was not trying to help me ory situation in any way whatsoever, but wasn't terrible service either. Aside from that 1byime, it's always been above and beyond!

My daughter loves this place and they always have a line in drive-thru. Expensive and fancy and i am not there often, but apparently tons of others love this place. That is always a sign of good food. I do have to say their food is pretty good. I just have trouble paying those prices for coffee

Went through the drive thru on a Saturday morning, and the line was extremely long. I personally didn't want to wait, but my daughter needed her chai latte. I was surprised how quickly the line moved and the girl who took our order was very sweet! As busy as they were, she was not showing any frustration. Order was perfect! There is a reason Starbucks is so popular and busy!

Great service it’s really difficult to find someone that knows how to make a honey citrus mint tea I just found the Starbucks that knows how to make it!!

Everyone knows what a Starbucks is like at this point, but the experience here is a cut above. It's new (a year or so old) so the interior is in really nice condition, but the service, in particular, is consistently the best I've ever received from a Starbucks (or any fastfood place) whether using the drive through or ordering inside. Some part of me almost doesn't want to talk it up because the drive through can get quite busy at peak hours, but the employees 100% deserve the kudos.

Only been here once and they prepared my favorite drink the best it's ever been prepared! My only complaint was I was in a drive thru line that wrapped around the building for a very long time! But after I got my drink and tasted it, the wait was worth it!!! So maybe I was the only one waiting for their best ever prepared drink!!!

There are levels to every Starbucks. This one on Stoughton road is a nice treat from the one on Allen blvd! This one was quiet, even when they were busy! This one didn’t have a leaky roof in 3 different places everytime it rains. Not to mention, the staff told me it’s been this way for YEARS!! Not like a few days ago, YEARS! What a hazard. There are buckets on the floor. Then a staff member, about every few hours, dumps it. It’s practically by the counter so you have to walk around it!!! No reason to have a store that people are walking around in, be like this. There are elderly people there a lot, and one elderly lady that seems to be a daily customer. The big difference at Starbucks on Stoughton road is the staff! They are PROFESSIONAL! They don’t gossip at the counter for all to hear. They don’t have a staff member that laughs frequently and it sounds like crying. Kudos to Stoughton rd Starbucks! You’ll be getting my business!

I usually pick up on my way to work. I walk in and they know my name. How, I don't really know. 😁 The drinks are consistent. The food is always hot and fresh.

Tiny driveway to get in and out. Younger people working. Not sure who was in charge. Usually takes up to 3 minutes for my drinks. At this location it took over 8 minutes. They do have a drive thru. So maybe that's why it took longer to make my drinks.

They seem to always be busy but are working so hard. Keep up the hard work and hope everyone is cool with a short wait.
