We were so impressed with the flavor of our burritos! It was cold when we stopped so we took our food to go but the atmosphere looked really cute if it was warmer out. The flavor was so good we wished we had gotten another one to save for later! Will definitely be back! Great place to stop and very quick too! Nice work!

They did the street tacos shells perfectly! A bit crispy fried and a bit soft.

Salsa from the salsa bar is spicy! Delicious, but spicy... So you know.

They also have warmed queso on the salsa bar.

I got the Chile verde plate and an Adobada street taco. Both were fantastic!
Then I got an asada taco for good measure...it was fantastic as well.

The meat here is on point!

Because this was my favorite place for Mexican food we took the chance and gave it another shot. So glad we did!! This restaurant is back to 5 stars. Great food. Rellenos were wonderful. Burritos perfect.

Classic Californian take on Mexican street food. With the California price tag. Friendly counter service food served to go, but a nicely designed covered outdoor seating area is welcoming to enjoy your meal. Salsa bar and chips get you started. No alcohol here, but you can purchase at the gas station next door and consume on premise. Seriously good road trip fare.

We were recommended this place by several friends they gave such good ratings on the food and they were absolutely right I had a chili relleno for lunch and my sweetie had a cheese enchilada that he said was absolutely amazing we will definitely be going back and we encourage you guys all to go there wonderful wonderful people wonderful food!

I love going here. It is my fav among the many taco trucks/taquerias in the area. Fernando is a great guy and does an excellent job preparing and cooking the food. I love the music in the late evening hours .. and before they open. Their taco bowl is awesome. And the condiment serving table and warm tortillas are the bomb. Try it once and it's game on!! Oh , if you're into Cornhole, yup , it's there. If you need someone to play against or with just Hollar ... I'll hear you.

Some of the best tacos I’ve ever had! We stopped here for dinner on our way to our hotel for the night. It was cheap, tasty and quick! The server was super friendly and overall it was an amazing experience!

This is one of the areas best spots for Mexican cuisine. The well known restaurant by the same name in Ione brought their signature flavor up to Jackson and with some creativity put together an easily accessible well thought out place with all the amenities of their main location. Their fare is easily the most amazing authentic Mexican experience around and well worth the trip. The prices are a little on the higher end with your base plate starting around $10-$15, and ranging upwards from there. But never the less their food can't be beat. They offer all the traditional plates plus a host of dishes that can only be found there which allows for a variety of options that will never leave you unsatisfied. A favorite for my family and I is the carne asada fries which are large enough to share between two people for about $15. If you get the chance to stop by I would seriously recommend that you do, for sure you won't be disappointed.

Tacos are good I am an el Pastor fan but last 2 times I have gone there I had el Pastor torta. They grill it and it is one if my favorites. Not every place makes it the way they do. Hope to go soon again.

Great little place on the side of the highway. The food was fantastic. Top 5 percent of Taquerias in California that I have tried. Really good quality meet and fantastic quality of everything.

Wow. I'm from an area that Mexican food is what we ate all the time and I have to say, this is some of the most authentic, quality Mexican food I've had. You can taste the love and care they put into the food. If you like yours Americanized you probably won't enjoy it. I'm disappointed I didn't take a picture it was gorgeous. The carnitas was so crispy and portions were GENEROUS. I'm in love and will be returning.

This place is great. They've done a lot here. Although I prefer another truck. This burrito was delicious. There are only a few good spots in town. This is one of them.

Fantastic stop on the way down the mountain. The rice and pastor are fantastic. The chili relllenos are phenomenal! You won't go wrong with a stop here in Jackson. Also, Mauricio was a joy to chat with.

The food is so good, best flavor in town in my opinion. Been twice so far and they are consistent. Plus some cool unique dishes like Mexican style Ramen bowl. Chorizo tacos and delicious!

Everything here is very good - easily surpassing any other Mexican restaurant in the county, even their own brick and mortar location in Ione. No beer but Jon's Pit Stop is right next door...
