Starbucks

The store was clean and welcoming upon entering - they were open today! They have been closed the last few days due to air quality - so check their google hours before driving.

Their shelves stocked and merched nicely. Upon going to the counter we were greeted and ordered. The team of 4 were fantastic at making our food and very expedient at both food n drinks. We spent about $40.00 at this SB in food and drink items alone (which is above the normal 20-25 we spend) because they did such a great job with the make on drinks (we got some for the road!). I’ve been to 4 different SBs in the last week trying to find the one that could make the Pumpkin Spice Latte with expertise and this one nailed that but also all of our custom drinks.

Hit this one up if you’re able. People know what they are doing, they are polite, listen well, and are well trained.

I just went to this Starbucks and had an amazing experience. Everyone had such a high efficient energy. My drink came up and I had a personal problem with it and they fixed it no problem at all, which I really appreciated. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant.

The staff were super friendly and the cafe was clean, I ordered an upside down mocha frapp with 3 extra shots.
Bring cash if you want to tip, unfortunately they currently do not take tips on credit/debit.

Went there today and they were definitely short-staffed but you wouldn't know it because the three employees who were there were rocking it at 110%! I've never seen people work so hard and so fast, and still have a great attitude about it. I highly suggest Starbucks give them all bonuses, raises, and do what they need to do to find more employees so these ones don't get burnt out.

I love Starbucks. They have a more sour coffee which tickles my fancy. They have been kind in blessing me with a free drink when I had a miserable day. This kind of customer service is what I like to honor with my patronage. They do have some interesting drinks like this one my daughter got but still they have been kind and almost always serve with a smile. Well definitely keep coming back.

Less a comment about the coffee and more about the people. Have been using this shop as my regular stop and I always feel taken care of. Joanna and her team often go above and beyond to make sure we leave happy.

These guys are seriously the sweetest! Always remember my order and once gave me a sweet extra for being a regular! Amazing coffee everytime too

Busy as you'd expect. Efficient service.
Ample tables. We prefer the patio when weather permits permits.

I haven't stopped here for better than six months. The barista still remembers my name!!!! I will try to stop by more often. Excellent service!

Easy in and out. No drive through. Google has you arriving at the opposite end of the building. Be sure to go on the side we're Best Buy is.

My favorite one! This Starbucks has employees that know their stuff and don't get stressed out. Great place to sit and relax!

The OC Point location is our go to Starbucks. The baristas are very personable and know us personally (as regular customers)....they go the extra mile for their customers. ❤

The people here are so down to earth. Ashley was hilarious. Will definitely be coming back for more entertainment and great service.

Staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any special needs for other customers or Mall patrons or staff they're always quick and timely processing orders and handling

Was given an espresso pour over and it worked.

My friend and I enjoyed ourselves very much. The cashiers were nice even though they were so busy.

One of the more professionally run Starbucks I've been too. Staff seem keen about coffee and customer service.

I love FREE WATER, and the cups that comes with it, the only place that doesn't judge if you need a cup of hot or cold water.
