Tonight at 22:15 I devoured the most perfect and BEST quarter pounder I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying; no cap, straight fire, chefs kiss 💋. I write this review to praise this Chef Boyardee and thank the great Ratatouille for bestowing up us the most noble and skilled burger flipping star... From this moment forward this chef should be inducted into the halls of bugger flipping fame for their mastery of the flipper and stand with the greats such as SpongeBob and Kel. My only regret after enjoying such a creation , a creation that exited my pallet, quelled my hunger and fed my heart is not knowing the identity of such a dedicated and talented chef. A master of the grill, a disciple of the flip , destined for pie in the sky greatness...

I drive through this location often and the crew that work here are good people. They work hard to make sure you're happy with your purchase. They work hard and they are a big part of our neighborhood community. I for one, appreciate and respect the work they put into their jobs.
So please remember that respect and patience when an order is wrong or even needs to be made again.
Remember : Breathe, it happens.

I just parked my car after ordering through the drive through this morning, I don't mind waiting especially knowing the food will be hot. The servers came out like the polar express waiters in a line to serve a line up of cars waiting complete with their safety vests with clean trays that were fully & neatly stacked with condiments with the bags neatly placed a top the tray. The items in the bags also neatly arranged, even the breakfast biscuit neatly placed within a tightly sealed cardboard biscuit box☺How lovely🥰 👏👏👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐five star service great management going in her at Chase Avenue

In my opinion (I've lived in this area my whole life) this would be one of the better choices in Waterbury with the other being the one on Reidville Drive. For some reason the drive thru at this location is always long but the actual wait isn't too bad. When any McDonald's is real busy they all have a drive thru that is ridiculous. This is a clean, friendly and overall decent McDonald's for what the franchise has become these days. Enjoy your overpriced repetitive boring McDonald's. 🤷‍♀🤷‍♀

It took me like 80 seconds to get thru the drive thru, and it was busy. Correct order and hot and fresh and nice people. I give an 11 out of 10.

Tbh if I start working here I’m not gonna be like one of them workers that be like I’m sorry I can’t fix your order and that keep saying that Same stuff I ain’t going for that trust ima be trying my hardest to do my job easy and better unlike them 🤦🏻‍♀😭❤

They always friendly and food always on point but since they sooo busy sometimes I order my food and 1 item missing sometimes. Other then that love coming here still.

Went through drive through idk how many time's I repeated my order but they got it right, were a lil rude per-usual and the atmosphere was cool because I was in my car lol

Nice Mickey D's. Staff is very good as i go once a week with my son. Im not a fan of touch screens for ordering and there ok with that.

Great customer service and during the late night shifts your food is guaranteed fresh I know because I'm going to be the one guaranteeing fresh food... thank me by calling me Manager Fresh and swing by Waterbury's premier location...

The service was really really fast a girl that took my order was abrupt to the point wasn't very friendly though, she wasn't disrespectful or rude or anything and when I got my food which only took seconds seriously it was handed out the window in a plastic tub or social distancing I made a point to say thank you very much goodbye and the girl just kept it moving.

New place new people better service. I love how they take your food to your table. That's awesome
