I had to use Goggle pay on my phone, which I have not done before and the cashier was very patient with me. Not expected but greatly appreciated.

This is one of the best places in the Tri-state area, Unless you go to Maine for seafood.

Always excellent customer service when I go there. Had a few questions about a new product that I wanted to try and the manager helped answer them and helped guide me to the products I would need to go with it. They were even patient when it came down to doing the price matching. It takes some time to do that because they have to verify the price and check it and then price match and for all the items I had to match, they were patient with me. From my experience, I would recommend visiting this store!

I love Michael's! So much to choose from, great deals, classes for kids and adults and very friendly staff. The clearance aisle has a lot of goodies.

They have a lot of little craft kits for boys & girls, great to do when babysitting your grandchildren all summer.

I just want to thank Heather and Ariana of Michaels in Waterbury for doing a magnificent job mounting and framing my canvas print. Came out beautiful. Plan on doing more business in the future. Highly recommended.

I take my daughter, who's 7 there and we both love it. There's so many different creative products. Excellent for starting your own hobby. Plus everything is neat and organized.

A sign near the charms declared a 50% off the second item I chose accordingly. At the completion of the sale the cost was over my expected amount and I questioned it. He entertained the idea of me retrieving the sign. I was right about the discount, but the sale was over. He honored the sale price, allowed me to use a coupon too! Crafting during COVID-19 a way cope!

My daughter is into the arts and this store carries all things needed to explore different arts and crafts. We also had her bday party here and it was a blast. They let us bring in food and cake then had a activity planner/ hostess guide the kids through different projects which they all got to take home as favors.

Bought an engagement ring here and the prices were pretty good. I knew I could get the ring cheaper online but my wife wanted the store experience and this place delivered. Three salespeople were paying attention to us. I would go here again.

Yesterday when I came to Michaels while picking up the basket I dropped my $100 bill and there’s a young guard who came down to aisle 39 just to give me my money back and I was shocked!! I been to this store for the very first time and loved it 100%

Great place to be in this coronavirus world. Large selection of crafts or if you want to start baking. You can find it all under one roof. They also at times offer classes.

As I've stated before I love shopping at Michael's. Always find what I'm looking for when I'm crafting something. They have great offers, classes, and I love the convenience of buy online, pick up in store.

Excellent selection of various crafting supplies. Best when you can hit a good sale. Sales personnel we're knowledgeable. Seasonal merchandise selection was pretty extensive.

The store is clean and tidy and well stocked. They have VERY helpful associates in the store and they are always straightening the store and help customers, they are very accessible. I sincerely recommend you shop this store.
