That is the only one I will go to..the employees are like family to me even if they don't know me they r always respectful their..I feel guilty going to another one,plus never an issue with my coffee and it takes the same Everytime...u have to go ck it out..tell them I sent you lol

Favorite dunkin by far and I’ve been to all Dunkin’s in the district . Dolly was great with me she was very fast with my order and was patient. When I was looking over the menu she didn’t roll her eyes or tap her feet. The employees here are great people!! Definitely recommend higher pay for how hard they work when the line is out the door !!

When I ordered through Uber Eats, they messed up my drink when I called ahead after ordering again the lady who answered {never caught her name sadly}, apologized and said she would make it herself this time. She said she'd give me a free donut and ended up giving me two. I thought that was nice I didn't expect them to give me anything free I just figured someone new made my drink so I just wanted to let them know that person might've been trained wrong. I work in fast food so maybe just me being nice about it meant something.

I drive for a senior shuttle company. They are very courteous. it's one of the few places I can go into use the restroom, with out a problem, even if I don't buy anything.

I enjoyed my food my order was correct it's not really much more you can say they did a good job

They actually got my order right unlike the one on Main St in Watertown. They also had the strawberry dragonfruit refresher i love that again the Watertown location never has.

Friendly staff, very clean. I've been coming here for the past 3 months and I have to say this store is like visiting friends. The staff always remembers me and they work very well together. Kudo's to this store.

Clean and convenient, they filled my order really quickly and had no technical malfunctions. My new favorite is the vanilla chai with almond milk 😋

The best thing about Dunkin' is the fresh coffee with cream and sugar; the employers are so nice too & the Hot chocolate are the best 🤣☕☕🍩🍩☕.

I enjoy Dunkin Donuts up on West Main Street you get treated very well up there by the staff they're very personable and they help you if something isn't made properly so enjoy going up to West Main and joy the ambience and enjoy their coffee and their food

Friendly, fast service. Good breakfast sandwiches. The Thin Mint Coolatta is worth it.
