Can’t speak for other bad reviews at dinner time— but lunch was excellent. Beet and cambazola salad was fantastic, and the pizza was crisp, flavorful and delicious

A little pricey but worth it! You wouldn’t think so but the fried chicken and pork belly are crazy good. Servers and staff are just above amazing!

One of the best food options at the Taos Ski Valley base. We had great service and delicious food. The place had the perfect ski-lodge feel, without seeming contrived. Overall, a great experience. Would very happy to dine here again.

Had the breakfast buffet at 192 within the Blake. It's summer time so the restaurant is only open a few hours in the morning but the buffet was great and all of the food was fresh. The restaurant is beautifully done by the way, I'm sure this place gets packed during ski season, it's definitely the highest end resturant within Taos Village.

Great place to have a meal when in Taos Ski Valley. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the kids pizza was great too.

Update: we came back for dinner and I just have to rave about the delicious bolognese. We finished it off with a cast iron cookie sundae that was amazing as well.

Atmosphere, food, service, menu… GREAT. My wife loved it and told me to leave a great tip. I had eggs, sausage, bacon (from my wife’s plate, it was amazing), potatoes… fantastic flavor and my coffee was never empty! Can’t wait until next time

We had a delicious lunch here on our final day on the slopes. We ordered the burger, two pizzas, Cesar salad, tiramisu and raspberry sherbet. Everything was delicious and we especially liked the pizzas’ crusts. Our waitress from Belarus was very pleasant.

The food has come a long way since I first ate here last winter. I think great service can be hard in the ski valley with the seasonality of employment. Last year the food was mediocre at best, this year it was very good. Come to find out they have a new executive chef from one of my favorite restaurants in Arroyo Seco near by. This new chef clearly made a huge impact as everything was delicious this time around....we all went in with low expectations (didnt know about new chef) and from moment the apps came out we impressed. Tuna carpaccio special was great, great fried chicken, and pastas also were awesome. Service for dinner was pretty decent, the issue is really the BRUTALLY slow breakfast service. Despite the service issues im going to go with 5 stars bc the food was such a huge turnaround from previous years

The best meal I've had in Taos in the 16 years I've lived here!!! I have serious food sensitivities and eating out can be difficult. The menu was clearly labeled, the server was knowledgeable, the kitchen was accommodating, and we had THE BEST meal! Seriously. So. Incredibly. Good. Everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and delicious without being too much. I thought the prices were quite reasonable, especially considering the quality. Great service and great atmosphere too.

Loved style and view in the dining area. Our server was very knowledgeable on the menu and also gave great recommendations for activities for our next couple of days around Taos.

Menu had great variety- we went a bit overboard and ordered almost everything on it! Meatballs and fried moz were highlights for me on food. Cocktails were top quality and best overall part of our dining experience.

I had the tiramisu, mainly because it was the only thing on the the menu I knew I'd like. OMG it's like heaven on your tongue. So velvety, creamy, smooth, and the perfect amount of sweet.

Very enjoyable dining in Taos Ski Valley in mid summer. Many places were closed and we were pleased they were serving. There were few people in the village at the time. Temps were cool and felt good. It's worth the trip from Taos to go up there.

Great buffet at a reasonable price of $15.00 considering the nightly rate of The Blake. Definitely worth a visit before hitting the mountain.

Outstanding experience. Ambiance was very nice. We had the salmon entree, the shishito pepper appetizer, the arugula and watercress salad, and ordered each of the vegetable side dishes. Everything was cooked perfectly. Service was wonderful. Note: the menu online is slightly different than the one in the restaurant. I’m a bit confused by all the bad reviews, but it looks like it’s mostly from people whining about vaccine requirements. I for one am glad they have it in place!

BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front):
We love 192! Great for family and friends, cocktails or dinner.
Alex seated us quickly and took great care of us and also our server Kaitlin was top notch!

Feeling:
Positive and energetic. Inviting.
Lots of people want to eat there after skiing so it’s packed. We needed to move up our reservation and Alex worked hard to make it work for us.

Service:
Great people, service, food and its a fun place to be as a Su timer and from what I can tell.. a fun place to work.

Food:
Fantastic. Simple one page menu that packs a lot of punch. I loved it!

We ate with our ski instructor Terry Su who was amazing with our kids and also the history of both the ski valley and Taos.

Highly recommend!
