Someone needs to give Ross a raise! His costumer service was 10/10 and provided me with really quality gear. The prices here are reasonable and Ross hooked me up with some good skiis for a fresh powder day. Would definitely come here again!

This is the best skiing area which I have visited. They have a separate classes for beginners which will help the beginners a lot to learn. The mentors of the classes are really cool and making the class easy. Enjoyed being there.

Rented a deep thinker directional, employee set up my bindings goofy. I mentioned that the bindings were not in the right direction and he assured me that it was a bi-directional board. I insisted that we change the binding direction. It's very apparent on this specific board that there is a nose and a tail. I also requested 15/-15 binding angle. Had issues fitting the bindings to my boots. Turns out I was set up with women's bindings and improperly installed bindings. Rear foot was set to 0. Second person I talked to was amazing, fixed all of my issues and I hate leaving a bad review but for a $90 board rental it was a less than ideal experience.

Subpar equipment and unacceptable service. Upon arrival was very impressed with the parking/shuttle to door service. After 2 hours to get booted and boarded for 5 adults who have experience, we opted for half day tickets. Word to the wise, Bring ur own gear. They do not have easy access bindings such as rear entry stepins or click ins. I know some find them unsafe but they are used readily in all of colorado and utah. For the price ...the equipment sucks. Yes they are name brands...but even the pro shops all around had nothing different. If you break ur own gear you will be sad to not get replacements here. The village is cute. Almost everything closes at 3 for adult beverages and the mountain closes at 4. The service at this place needs some training and less reverse racism. It is very native proud and awesomely diverse! I am native myself but very pale and I took notice to discrimination in all service arenas at this establishment. Every place I attempted to patronize, except the pizza shop, took up over an hour of precious time.. when the mountain closes at 4 that is way too long. They were kind enough to give a refund...but ruined my Christmas gift of a fun trip to my adult children who met from Florida, Indiana and Oklahoma. My son is active duty military and had to stay within so many hours of his base or we would have been on Colorado or Utah. Unfortunate for nearby military folk. Never again will I patronize this establishment. Sad but true. Guess they're just still not friendly to snowboarders since it only recently became unbanned. Many people from Latin countries...which fabulous...but it felt very unfriendly.
