Wallace, and Dunn has been extremly helpful, their courteous, promt in their service, and communication, knowledgeable, and helped me fix both an old ac unit, and furnace, that "the parts" aren't easy to find.

Very quick response, even when it is late at night. The tech that came out was very friendly and knew what he was doing and he didn't waist anytime and try to play games (As some of these other companies in this area do.). Also, the tech didn't rush; he made sure everything that needed to be done was done, all while being friendly. I was very impressed (And thats hard to do!)
