Best sub shop in Forest City right now ...subs and people are great ...you feel so welcome when you walk through the door ...every one so helpful and respectful to everyone...will be a loyal customer...you get what you pay for ... recommend this place above all others right now...Loved it

I've been twice now and both times were excellent. Visit 1 the shop was busier than expected but the line moved fast and the food was 100% on point. And both people making the sandwich were super attentive.

Visit 2 was a pickup from an app order and I liked this even better. Walk in, grab a bag, done and gone. And again, sandwiches perfect and delicious.

Not sure what to say about the bad reviews. I think this location is stellar. I also work in retail and some bad reviews end up being misguided rants from difficult customers. I'll keep going back.

First time in a JM's in more than a decade. Just as good as I remembered. New shop; absolutely clean; courteous, well-groomed staff. Regular-sized #13 Mike's Way was at the outer limit of how much I could eat. About $10. Drink & chips is outrageous at $4 extra, but mine was take-out, so it didn't matter.

I was hesitant to order just based on the negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered online and it was ready on time. Had no issues and it was yummy. I wish it wasn’t so expensive but it’s definitely nice to have a decent sub shop in town.

Our first visit. We ordered 2 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwiches (beef), regular size, one with no jalapeño. They were made fresh, were hot and delicious. Plenty of meat, bread was soft and cheese well melted. It was a little pricy, but considering the amount of meat we got, it was worth it. Meats and cheeses for subs are cut to order so it does take a little bit of a wait, but worth it. We will be back.

Don’t listen to the haters below. Subs are great and if you like dill pickle. Need to try the spicy dill pickle chips. Service was great and the employees were engaging and friendly. Will be back for certain

First time at this location. Philly cheesesteak melted in my mouth. Very efficient ordering system and staff were very pleasant. Definitely a repeat!

So glad to have Jersey Mike's in our area. Great cheesesteaks and subs. Turn left at Chili's and it's just after Starbucks. Order online and they'll have it waiting for you. Nice.

The newly opened Jersey Mike's had a line that went to the door but the workers all worked together as a team and the line moved along at a fast pace .The subs are well made with fresh ingredients I would recommend this Jersey Mike's to everyone looking for a delicious fresh made sub .

Pricey but worth every penny!

As a new location, my expectations are generally low, however this store is an exception, the staff is phenomenal and you can tell they value their jobs. They all work together and despite the usual busyness, they do a great job keeping up.

The ladies were very patient and helpful. They even double-checked after taking my order to make sure.

So happy to have a Jersey Mikes nearby! Corey and Ryn are always exceptionally friendly and always provide outstanding customer service - much appreciated!!
