Chad was very helpful. I described what I needed and he brought the frames to me where I was sitting. I use a walker and I can’t stand for very long without having terrible pain. He helped me save money which is important since I am retired and on a fixed income. I feel that service and quality are number 1 with Chad.

Thank you, Michael and Chad, for going way above and beyond to ensure that my son received his correct replacement glasses. From Michael spending a good deal of time across two visits making sure that my son's glasses fit "just right", to Chad replacing his lenses within 45 minutes after learning they shipped without anti-reflective coating, I was completely blown away by the level of customer service. Great selection and awesome staff - we will definitely be back!

Drake once said, “I only love my bed and my mom I’m sorry”. Well for me, I only love my bed, my mom, and this LensCrafters location. I cannot even begin to articulate just how unbelievable my experience was. I came to get my eyes examined for contacts and glasses and was immediately greeted with a large and well organized selection of eyewear. I filled out my patient paperwork and then Ryan helped me with those tests they give you before you see the eye doctor. He made the entire process easy and answered all my questions about the pricing & how much my insurance would cover. In addition to his professionalism, Ryan also kept the room light with his inexplicably hilarious sense of humor. He helped me shop for frames and had a ton of helpful feedback about different style and color options. Overall, everyone at this location was not only friendly and professional, but they were all eager to assist me. The doctor who examined my eyes was personable and gave me an excellent recommendation for contact lenses. Not only are these lenses more comfortable than the last brand I used, but they’re a fraction of the cost. She addressed my needs in terms of pricing and comfort without a doubt. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this location to others. Haters will say it’s cap but they’re bussin frfr ong.

Ryan is the bomb! I began my quest at the St.Peter’s location and left- because the customer service was poor and i felt pressured to buy. Here at the Chesterfield Lens Crafters I received A+ service. Before I arrived I called ahead and could immediately tell over the phone the tone at that store was different. They did amazing, Brendan was very nice and was great getting me started. The doctor Julie was so personable and great to talk with and was very informative. Also Chad the assistant manager was very helpful in breaking down the cost and ringing me up. Will definitely return, best customer service ever!
