I've had need on multiple occasions to need services for my chair lift. EVERYTIME the crew and the results were outstanding. They explained to me the issues and how to avoid problems in the future. And their fixes work!!!The techs are not only real pros, they are pleasant to deal with! I highly recommend 101 Mobility.

I had a great experience with Brad at 101 Mobility . My sister was getting surgery and I called in the morning and he had ramps delivered to her house same day. They were in place when she arrived home which made her feel much more confident about getting back into the house.
He ended up delivering the ramps himself since another employee was detained. He is a great employee with great customer service skills.

The installation of our stair lift was done professionally with care. Jason was awesome and extremely informative in the use of the equipment. I would recommend 101 Mobility to anyone with the need for these products and support.

I moved to Illinois last year and when I moved into my son's basement apartment I needed a stair lift chair in order to navigate the stairs easier.
Of the 3 businesses I called to come do a quote I chose 101 Mobility because they were the most professional and most friendly when I asked questions about it. The others were borderline rude and sounded like they could care less if I were not having one installed in a business.
They came out as scheduled and installation was within the time frame they mentioned.
After installation while riding up and down I kept hearing loud creaking, popping noises so I called to have someone come take a look.
Jason, I believe was his name, was so helpful and friendly and tightened things up and even adjusted the chair height for me. I didn't even know it could be adjusted as the original installer did not mention anything about being able to adjust the height. And the noise was because the original installer had not tightened up the ramp properly.
I would highly recommend this company and if I had known, I would have asked for Jason to install it as I felt he as very confident and knowledgeable about all things "stair lift" and he made me feel that he really cared if I were comfortable with how the chair worked. I really appreciated that!

I found everyone connected to 101 Mobility to be very personable, knowledgeable about their products and easy to work with. The price of my stair lift was not too bad either. I have had it for a year now and love its ease of operation and the convenience of it for my trips to the basement.

The staff there was great the lady in the office very nice answered all of our questions needed some parts they where ready on the desk when we got there. Installation people J. and J. did a great job installing the stair chair made sure it was at the right height and we was at ease using the device. Reliable product and great service! In-home service providers are thorough and courteous. Office service is courteous and helpful. Recently my dad called the office to schedule stairlift service but when the office called back, dad's phone service was out. The office staff found my number on a previous record and promptly called me. I was able to get the service completed and get my dad's phone service fixed that same morning. Appreciate the care!

Laura returned my call promptly and was able to get a technician (Jason) to my home within 24 hours (on Halloween!). Jason was able to repair my skooter lift in a prompt and thorough manner. I very much appreciate all you did to help me with having some special circumstances. Great job guys!!

We needed a ramp quickly due to my adult son's accident. He had to move in with us because he lived in a townhome, but we quickly discovered that our house was not wheelchair accessible either. To make matters worse, my husband had just had arm surgery and couldn't lift his wheelchair up our steps and our son couldn't help since he is unable to use his right arm or leg due to his injuries and surgery. After hearing our situation the individual who did our quote for 101 Mobility came out the next morning in freezing weather to install a ramp so we could get him to his post-op follow up later that afternoon. It was immensely appreciated by us and our son and we want your company to know that we would recommend you to anyone looking for assistance.

Great friendly service by Laura and the install team. My outdoor stair lift has been wonderful and we were thrilled the installers could relocate it indoors on the basement stairs when we moved to our new home.
