Starbucks

Pretty good, I typically like to get a Java chip frappe after my guitar lessons in the Palen right next to it. Never been inside but the outsides nice enough

We frequent this Starbucks and I used to dread it because of the parking lot and always being slow. The service has gotten much faster the last 6 months. The parking lot is still a pain, but I'm sure the store has little they can do about that.

Due to my own mistake my order was messed up but the amazing people fixed it without hesitation. They were kind and considerate and made my hectic morning better with their kindness. Thank you to everyone working on 5/19/23. You all made a difference today.

We stopped at this location for a little pick me up after driving for about 12 hours. The barista who took our order was so nice and really took the time to connect with us. The store was clean and nice too! They had our coffee and food out quickly and even upgraded my drink to a bigger size as a special treat! It was like an oasis after driving for so long. Thank you guys! Would highly recommend!

I go here all the time and the staff is so nice! Lydia is awesome. 😁 There’s also an employee there named Katie who really brightened my day when I needed it, so thank you Katie!!

We don't go to Starbucks often but when we do it is a special treat. Our order was correct, the drive through staff were very helpful. The line was pretty long but nice fairly quickly! It was a great night for a Starbucks treat while looking at Christmas lights.

Best Starbucks in the STL Metro area!!! Caleb is an amazing Store Manager! His energy and positivity is felt throughout his team. They are always so pleasant and make my drink right EVERY time!

A couple weeks ago I had ordered a drink, paid for it and all. I got to the store to realize they were closed. When I went in today I showed the mobile receipt and the young woman behind the counter didn’t hesitate on helping me. She was so polite and genuinely wanted to help. I wish I caught her name but I am very grateful for her service!!

Friendly stuff, and amazing people. why did I have an issue with my order it was quickly resolved and they gave me a free gift card for the troubles and replaced my order entirely. My family was very happy by the time we left. I couldn't complain about the store I've run into a lot of the stores throughout the Wentzville O'Fallon area and this by far is the best. The staff and management is superb. I go there multiple times throughout the week, and I've only ever had one issue and as I spoke before it was definitely result quicker than I could have imagined it would have been.

Nice, fast and super friendly! I love going there because when I do I feel like I am seeing a friend because they are so nice! I enjoy the really pleasant small talk makes my day better! Thank you!!

This was my first time at this particular location. They were fast and got our order correct. I had a white chocolate mocha and it was very good, as always. The banana bread was a first for me and it was good as well. Great service!

By far the BEST Starbucks around, I drive out of my way on my way to work to come here because this store is so much better. Service is ALWAYS FAST no matter how long the line is and the employees are always kind and have no problem making whatever I want. Other locations roll their eyes when I want a secret menu item for my little sister but not here they're helpful and happy to do their job.

Oh my word this is THE BEST venti iced white chocolate mocha with 8 pumps of sauce, extra caramel drizzle , topped with vanilla sweet cream cold foam I have ever had!! Just called up there to find the person who made it and I believe it might have been Caden (sp?)

Some may knock that this Starbucks location is too busy, but I actually like that it is. The baristas move through orders very quickly (and friendly to boot), the place is kept clean, and there's plenty of things to get here besides coffee. I would easily come here again when I have a coffee fix, which is often. :-)

I love going to this Starbucks. All of the baristas are very friendly, and know what our coffee choices. My husband and I go every Saturday just to relax with a cup of wonderful coffee. The layout of the store is very welcoming. We stay for over an hour, catching up with each other over a wonderful cup of coffee. The store can be very busy, but it never stays that way very long. The baristas know their stuff. They handle the situation with the efficiency of a well oiled machine.

The drive-thru could use more of those cones to direct people to use it properly. People are always blocking the way for others to drive around to the door. That’s quite frustrating when you’re in a hurry and you haven’t had your coffee yet. We all want our coffee, y’all. Don’t be jerks.

Great Starbucks! Clean store, great food and beverages. Chris, the car behind the counter, was very nice and helpful. He even suggested a cake pop for my granddaughter. She loved it! Also very easy to get to and from the store off Highway K in O'Fallon.

The drive through is always fast. Everyone is super friendly. They always ask if I want whip. It's our go to Starbucks.

Great place to do a random act of kindness. Customer service is amazing!! Let this be the location to purchase a cup of coffee for someone you don't know and watch it happen to you. This place is known for this..Love it!!

Overall my favorite Starbucks to stop at, but specifically, (I hope I am spelling right and getting name right, name tag was a little worn) their employee Charlie is one of the kindest people I have ever met! She always goes out of her way to ask how my morning is!
