THIS IS A GEM. Want a great place to eat with amazing atmosphere...step back to 1950? Add a really incredible wait staff and great food. This place is really worth the drive. We drove from Phoenix Sunday morning about a 20 minute drive. Casa grande is a charming town. Enjoy breakfast brunch all options were excellent.

Breakfast corned beef hash was good. Eggs were cooked perfect and bacon was extra crispy. Waiters looked short staffed which led to not so great service. They were super nice and pleasant just took a while to get our drink and food order and finally our food. They were having bathroom issues and both men and women toilets were overflowing. A member of staff was attempting to fix while we were there.

A great place to dine with our kids! My parents visited and took my children and loved their visit, they went back 2 or 3 times that week! I went with my husband and our five kids and they were so kind to us. The food was SO good! I had a really great chicken salad and everyone was pleased with their food. They had coloring books for the kids to choose from and complemented us on how well behaved our children (5, 5, 7, 8, & 13) were and offered them a treat on our way out. They were probably the friendliest restaurant we visited during our 9 month stay in Casa Grande!

This place was fantastic for a mom and pop in old town square in Casa Grande. Definitely be back. Photo is after I chopped and mixed it all. It was a Green Chili hash I believe. Fantastic.

I have been a regular customer for lunch for the last 2 months as I was working in the area. The food is excellent and the servers are the best! Nice hometown business. Please consider supporting your hometown businesses like the cookie jar before corporate chains. Keep your money local. I give this restaurant my five stars!

First time visit. What a great local awesome breakfast and bakery spot!! You’ll be greeted right away and seated almost right away. The trick is the timing of your arrival before the mid morning customers and after the initial breakfast rush. I had the French toast with high end sausage Pattie’s and eggs over medium to perfection. The French toast was fresh and tasty. Perfect portions. The sausage had great smoke flavor and was really good as well. The coffee is fresh as well. They get coffee beans and grind in house which just helps that first sip pop!! Very good blend of beans in the coffee flavor. To pull it all together is a staff that work in synchrony with each other and treat customers and staff as though they are each a family member!! Hope to return again soon.

10/10 is the best place to go. They will make sure your order is ready to go! The pancakes, French toast, breakfast burritos, burgers, and much much more are always the way to go. Everything is delicious, and the atmosphere is like your grandma's house, but it is so comfy and cozy. It's the best place to go for food and comfort.

Came in on a whim while I was in the area. It smelled amazing in here. I wasn't able to stay for breakfast, but I got a few of their cookies, which were, hands down, the best cookies I've ever had. Prices seemed reasonable. I will definitely be back to try their breakfast too.

Love this place! Just wish the service was a little better. Customers should not be standing around waiting on tables when there are plenty of them open. There tortilla soups are awesome!

2nd time here and much better.. Rachel (i believe) was attentive and delightful! And the southwestern hash wasnt what i thought but it was good! 5 stars.. although it's time to clean the fish tank guys cmon! First time here.. was busy and a 10 min wait to get in.. the bench wasn't clean.. I had to wipe it off b4 sitting. When the food came out I asked for catsup and hotsauce and had to clean the catsup b4 using it.. the food was really good! The pig sandwich was delicious and the caibota bread was fresh and soft.. when the server brought a refill back to the table she spilled it and didn't acknowledge it, just walked away while I cleaned off my arm and table.. I don't think she likes working there or maybe was just having a bad day.. we will give it a few weeks and try it again..

We just celebrated my husband's 68th Birthday here. 1/2 of the party lived in Tucson and 1/2 lived in Phoenix. This was our first time in downtown Casa Grande. We were impressed with this old fashioned downtown area, but especially with this little gem of a restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was super friendly and kind. Our waitress even sang Happy Birthday and did the final touches on the carrot cake that I had made. I have never left a 30% tip before, but our server truly deserved it. Love this place and can't wait to return.

One of the best burgers I've had in a while. All sandwiches and burgers are served with chips and a side choice or soup or salads. I got the pasta salad and it was delicious. Husband got the dinner salad with his philly cheesesteak. Great meal, cookies at the end. What more could you want.

I stopped by to order to go with only a short amount of time. The waitress greeted me, let me sit at the counter, ordered, and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly kind. My food was recommended by the waitress and was delicious.
