We were traveling through the area and needed service on our bikes. They managed to squeeze us in and gave us fantastic customer service.

I really had a great experience with Round Trip Bike Shop. I took my older bike into the shop with cobwebs and dust and they returned it to me a day later looking brand new and handling beautifully.

A little pricey but it's an investment for something I really enjoy.

I will be returning for any needs I have.

Have always had very good service. They are top notch with their knowledge of anything related to bikes. I have purchased many bikes from them and been very happy. They always go out of their way to help and make you happy. I highly recommend this shop.

I recently brought my new Schwinn Meridian 7 speed adult tricycle to the good folks at Round Trip Bikes for assistance with brakes and gear shifting problems. Even though I had purchased the trike elsewhere, the staff welcomed my inquiry for help and listened carefully to my concerns. I brought the trike in, was promised a date when the repairs would be completed and was on my way in minutes. As promised, I received a text letting me know the work was done and the trike ready for pick up. The price for service was very fair and included an explanation of what had been done. Adrian, the tech who serviced my trike, and Matt, the owner of Round Trip Bikes, were great. And, the trike now operates perfectly. If you stop in the shop, make sure and say hello to Matt's two canine helpers, when they greet you. Thanks for the good service throughout the years and keep up the good job.

I’ve been here twice in the past two weeks with my ten year old bike. Great, really nice ,knowledgeable mechanics that fixed my problems fast .
I’ve taken my bike to other shops that couldn’t figure it out.
Highly recommend this place!!

Super helpful! I popped a tube and I’m not mechanically inclined whatsoever…They picked up my bike and brought it back same day, good as new

The team at Round Trip has always done great work. We have purchased a couple bikes and many accessories from them. When it’s time for a tune up or any repairs we always get treated fairly. Matt (the owner) is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure his customers have what they need. His goal is to make sure all riders have the best experience they can.

From out of town and went in expecting to leave two wheels, one from my wife’s bike and one from mine to get flat repairs and pickup later in a day or two. Ten to fifteen minutes later they had repaired both tires for a very reasonable amount. Great service! I highly recommend if you need bike repairs go to them.

Unbelievable service give to me by staff. Took my cattrike in for flat. Helped me unload and load it back and took care of my problem immediately. So impressed and will certainly sing their praises. By the way the had a couple recumbents that were used and one new one (love love love mine). Also handling e bikes now too. Please support this business.

I needed two new tires and one tube for my bike that I use to get around at Palm Creek RV and Golf Resort. I went in to Round Trip Bike Shop was quickly greeted and was told what the cost would be to fix my bike. The service was great. I waited for the bike and was on my way a short time later. I would recommend this business for your bike needs.

Customer service has been outstanding. I recent found out that riding here is a bit different than most places. I have had 2 flat tires that they fixed while I waited. Love it! Not expensive and fast service! Highly recommended!

I had a flat . just left a domestic relationship . they fix my tire for free and pick me up I can't telling how much it meant to me . so weeks later the other one pop call them pick me up again fix the other one for free got me to work on time. there not just about they care about people . and there life's I so recommend them . God blessed this store . I will never forget there kindness. and will always go there for any bike stuff I need . and everyone I know to go there

Super customer service. We went to the shop 3 times with a million questions. They were extremely patient and answered all our questions. Got our bikes ordered and delivered in less than a week. We couldn't have asked for a better buying experience.

Unannounced, I arrived at Round Trip Bike Shop with my bicycle and its flat tire. The man stopped what he was doing, installed a new tire and tube for me, and had me on my way within 20 minutes. Outstanding service!

When husband and I moved to town about six months ago, we made an eco friendly decision to be a one car family. Instead of two modern vehicles, we went down to one and purchased bikes. I picked my bike up from target after the nice fella there put it together for me. Now, the guy works at target and isn’t necessarily paid to do bike maintenance. I knew I had to get my bike tuned before taking it any sort of significant distance. So I got on my bike and road it the two miles to the bike shop in Casa Grande - to a genuine human who KNOWS bikes!

Not only were they friendly and timely, but they also did an absolute phenomenal job! My ride home was like slicing ice cream with a butter knife: smooth and took little to no effort. I immediately texted my husband to let him know that the cost of the tune up was totally worth it.

My husband will be in to have his tuned, I’m sure! Thanks for the top notch work! 12/10 would recommend!!

I stopped in on Saturday anywhere else they might not have been able to complete my request.

Although they were busy somehow they found a way to fit me in.

Father's Day was on Sunday,
Adrian was able to get my SE Big Ripper assembled while I waited.

As I was watching him assemble the bike I noticed Adrian attention to detail as if it was his bike.

About two months ago I brought in my new RadRover for a complete tune up & to change out the stock knobbies for street tires with liners & to slim the tubes. They did a thorough job above & beyond my expectations even fixed a few things that weren't quite right from Rad Power Bikes..Still perfect as to when I picked it up great job guys!
