Very well kept manufactured home park. Eric the manager is very personable and easy to work with. He answered all our questions.

Small friendly court with a beautiful pool and clubhouse. Nice homes for sale also if your in the market. Everyone keeps up their yard and is willing to give a helping hand if needed.

My Pops has lived here for 6 years. It's had several different management changes, some good some not so good. He's got new management again and they're pretty good, they treat him very good I'm happy to say that he's doing very good over there and he likes it alot as well.

I called to get some information about the community and see about inquiring with the owners or property management company with maybe a future position in one of their parks or communities...... Well first of all the woman that answered the phone did NOT identify herself and when I asked the information I needed she was evasive and right away accused me of calling before trying to buy the mobile home park and on and I explained I was just trying to look for a job in the future and reach the owners or management company and she was very obrupt and said NO they never hire and wouldn't even offer to take my information. That doesn't sound like a very friendly community if the management is soooo RUDE to people on the phone.... So sad . Then I asked for her name and she refused to give me her last name.. But her name she said was RAY (Rae) not sure how she spells it. It was a woman though. Lol
