Dunkin'

I love this Dunkin they always get my order right and they give you your receipt without having to ask. They are super friendly.

Always a pleasant experience very good customer service employees seem to enjoy working there You can tell by the way they talk to you through the speaker and how they greet you at the window I have never had an order come back wrong as of yet.

The workers here do a great job. I love this Dunkin.

This Dunkin in Lewiston was amazing. My order was wrong, they remade it, but I thought it was still looked wrong. The employee had someone else step in, and it was me who was wrong. I apologized profusely, and, even though they were incredibly busy, he handled it gracefully and professionally. Lately, my orders have been wrong at a lot of Dunkins, and the employees have been less than courteous. I think this is why I just defaulted to "it's wrong". But the Dunkin on Sabattus St is not like most Dunkins I have been to recently. Kudos guys and thank you.

6-20-22. This Dunkin was open for breakfast at 6 AM. The staff was friendly and polite, and I received my toasted everything bagel in a relatively short amount of time. The bagel was perfect!

There was a gentleman working. I'm not sure his name but he had long hair back in a wrap at about 830pm. He is the best person ever. He was very polite and beeming with positivity. I wish more humans were like this. He absolutely made mine and my daughters day.

Excellent customer service. Not to mention, they have a good track record of accuracy with my orders. Very rare a mistake happens, and if it does they fix it immediately! , store is very clean and it is easy to spot on the main street

My fiance and I have never had problems with this place, the crew that works here has really good vibes and I love sitting in the dining room and being welcomed everytime.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Drinks were exactly as ordered. And they were open late, only dunking in the area currently open late

I love their coffee, supper helpful, and got my coffee right. And if they don't. They fix it right away!

I love the fun energy of the staff! They may be a busy location, but the staff always makes me feel right at home. 😁

My mom gets coffee here every day and morning she always has a note on the side of the coffee and it makes my heart and my moms heart thankful.
