Lucky's Vape - Rock

Didn't catch the guys blame (younger kind of linger haired kid) was super helpful and really nice. Very knowledgeable also. I'm new to vapes and took his recommendation and very happy with my purchase.

I love the customer service and how friendly the employees are. I love coming to the store when the employee Nina brings her dogs. They are so loving and make the experience better. I only come to this shop because I love seeing the pups. Nina helps me out a lot when it comes to picking and choosing. She explains things so well. Very great store!

The employees here are personable, professional, and extremely patient with people new the vaping experience. I haven't been to a Lucky's in town that I didn't love... there's always specials going on that are an absolute steal (buy one, get one free for juices on varied days at each location, for example). Most definitely worth checking out!

Lucky's is awesome. This isn't my normal store but I come here when they have the half off stuff. I travel for a living and cannot find a place like this anywhere. No one makes their own juice!! Lucky's is one of a kind

I ordered the wrong juice yesterday and burned my coil today. I returned to Lucky's today and I literally feel like I have been to class (in a good way)! Darren educated me on what I did wrong, made recommendations that made total sense, and replaced my juice and coil. I've visited Lucky's three times and have dealt with many employees and the great customer service has NEVER wavered. I'm EXTREMELY satisfied and grateful. Darren, you are the TRUTH! Always helpful, always accommodating on custom juice and they are a very knowledgeable staff who is always friendly. I like always seeing the happy puppies in the shop and always being greeted by kind people. 10/10 recommend this shop for any vape needs.

Visited the rock location after receiving bogo juice a while ago from the Oliver location, my juice that I always vape tasted awful, Nina happily remade my juice and it was great! Would rather drive 5 more minutes down the street then to go back to the Oliver store. Especially to see the dogs!

Had a bad experience at another Lucky’s vape on Harry. Juice was overwhelmed with nicotine but Brandon at Lucky’s on Rock rd was awesome and fixed the juice I was given and now it’s how I wanted it. He also helped sort out account issues the other store had and made up for it on the spot. If there was any Lucky’s to go to, it’s this one.

Nina is the best by far! She made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in the door and her dog gave me a hug lol. Seriously thank you guys for having the best customer service of any vape shop I’ve visited

Everytime I come here I am always greeted and helped out with any and every random question, the prices and deals and custom flavors are always never disappointing. It's always a comforting atmosphere and am always pleased knowing I got a good deal and never have left unsatisfied!

Luckys house juice "LUX" is hands down the best house juice in town! Custumer service wad amazing, all my questions were answered without even having to ask. I highly recommend this store for all your vaping needs!

Great little vape shop! If you vape you must go to this shop. Awesome customer service! Staff is very knowledgeable! Prices are lower than other shops! Huge selection of tanks, coils, mods anything you could ever want for vaping. The house juice is delicious! I am hooked on the Creme De La Castro!

This was the third vape shop I visited and by far this was the best customer service I had. I wanted to buy some e-liquid and coils and this man went out of his way to help me along with consulting another employee which made me feel like a value customer. Will tell my friends about this place!
