We ended up having to get a new AC unit after some mice decided to build a hotel in our old one. Midwest Heating and Cooling were so amazing to work with. They are local to the area and some of the nicest people you will work with. Jay and Ricky did the install, a not only did they show up early, they worked through rain, and were so respectful of my work schedule. They explained everything they installed and gave good maintenance tips; even gave some great recommendations on local fishing spots! I highly recommend this company.

Excellent job. Jason, Jalen and the other technician were great people to deal with. Ordered equipment and installed it a day later. Made sure everything was working properly and that everything was cleaned up when they left. Definitely recommend this company they were great. I cannot say enough good things about their services.

Jason Ley came out to the house super fast to evaluate the problem (old, non-functioning air conditioning unit) and gave us options to choose from based on our budget. We decided to replace the whole unit (due to its age) and Jaylen Ley did an amazing job with the installation. Both of them took the time to allow us to ask questions and patiently answer them. A/C went out on 90 degree Saturday! Jason was out at my house(in the middle of nowhere) in about an hour and had my AC running about a half hour later! Super helpful! Super informative! Looked at my aging furnace while he was here and is going to get me a quote for that! Amazing experience! Good guy, good company! I think you can trust these folks and I would recommend them to anyone freezing in the winter or cooking in the summer!

Today our AC broke (terrible time for that- considering it was 90 degrees!) Jason was busy and unable to get out to our place to look it over. However, he took the time to walk me through various solutions and listen as we were able to try to troubleshoot what could be going on. We weren’t able to fix the problem- but the time he took and customer service he provided was excellent! I’m thankful to see businesses still take the time to communicate with their customers and are willing to go above and beyond!

This turned out to be a very complex job. After repairs were started they realized there was much more wrong. We ended up replacing the entire boiler system. Even though we did not want to replace the entire boiler it was done professionally and timely by friendly professionals. When things weren’t going well they never gave up and stayed until everything was fixed

Jason was very professional and upfront about explaining our problem. We had an issue with our system where it was installed improperly many years ago by another person, making the maintenance on it impossible.
Jason left that appointment to finish his day and had the kindness to call us back after his day ended and suggest an out of the box solution to our problem, that saved us thousands as we were not ready to purchase a new system at the time.
I highly recommend them to do work on any hvac issues you may have.

Highly recommend this company, showed up in about an hour on a snow day and at 6:30 in the morning!
Fixed my issue in about an hour and got my heat back up and going. Professional and friendly, explained everything to me and came prepared with the necessary parts the first trip (that hardly ever happens). Feels great meeting a good local company like this and supporting the folks in our town by using their excellent services. I’m sticking with these guys.

I came home from work to discover that my furnace had quit working. Tomorrow is a bad snow and ice storm and I was not sure what to do. I called Midwest and spoke with Jason. He was very professional and talked me through a bunch of simple things it could be. Turned out the induction motor was bad and he had one in stock. He sent out a tech who was also very professional and got it done in a quick manner. Would highly recommend and will be going through them in the future.

Jason’s and his crew were awesome to work with. Not only did they come out right away and give an estimate they also offered several different options and price points. Once I approved the units I wanted, they install within a few days. Installation was quick, professional and the areas were left clean. The installation of our furnace was very tricky since we were moving the new unit to basement and removing the old unit from the main floor. Both the ac unit and the furnace after installation were left looking immaculate. All vents, piping and wiring were arrange perfectly and not in the way for us. They really did an outstanding job and we couldn’t be happier. Will definitely recommend Midwest Heating & Air to everyone.

I noticed that my AC wasn’t cooling as well as it should. As soon as I noticed an issue with the coil fan I got ahold of Midwest and had a tech show up the same day to take a look. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in an efficient and effective manner. I am more than satisfied with the responsiveness and quality of service.

Our furnace shut off when it was 10 out with a newborn and other kids in the home. Not only did they answer the phone promptly at 10pm on a Friday night, they talked us through some possible solutions. Unfortunately, none worked and he came out immediately and got it fixed quickly! Will use him again!

Nobody wants to lose heat in the middle of a Wisconsin winter but Midwest went above and beyond for me. Thoroughly impressed with how they made sure they put everything into layman terms for me and I was on same page. Even though my furnace needed several parts, the turnaround was fast and these guys were right on it. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. They came out diagnosed the problem and even lent us a heater while our furnace was waiting for a part. They also gave us a great deal on the part and repair which included off hours service call. It was almost a $700 parts and labor bill and only charged us $500. The repair didn't completely fix the problem due to an instalation error. We called them when we realized it was not working and they came out right away to see what was going on. The tech quickly diagnosed their mistake while installing the part and owned up to their mistake instantly and apologized profusely. They didn't charge anything for the mistake. I would recommend Midwest Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC repairs and installations because they are stand up individuals that care about their customers, and if a mistake happens they own up to it immediately and don't try and pawn it off as another issue with your equipment.

Midwest Heating and Air Conditioning did an excellent job of repairing our ac. Will definitely call them again if we need help.

I had Midwest Heating and Cooling replace my AC after it went out earlier this year. They did a great job working with my home warranty company to get the discount applied to a new unit. The house has been cooling great all summer. Good product, service and people. I will be working with them for any future heating and cooling services.
