Today, we went to this store to get our passport picture taken. We waited and it was no big deal, since it was a little busy. When our time was up to get helped we asked to have it done. The guy completely rejected us and told my daughter and I , we have to come back with our old passport to get this done. It was very inconvenient, but we went home and grabbed our old passport. We got our pictures taken and a different guy took our pictures. He did not ask for our old passport. My daughter knew something wasn't right, so she went online to see if this information was true. You do not need your old passport to have this done. She called to file a complaint to find out ...that was the store manager who rejected us. She was able to get his name, Robert Langford. This is unbelievable to find out this was the store manager who did this.
