Needed a quick pick me up for my next half of work day and this HIT the spot I was craving!!!! 👏🏼🥹👌🏼 I ordered the Jasmine Rose Milk Tea with boba and it was refreshingly tasty AND not too sweet! It had a subtle sweetness that I find so rare to find in milk tea.. I could taste the floral notes and the sweetness of the boba with each sip. I could definitely not only taste the freshness of the tea but the organic component of it too. So yummy. Will be back!!

Their menu is also super fun and they have so many fun varieties of drinks and lattes too!

A boba experience like no other. The level of craft and service at Bobabia keeps me coming back for more, and I'm always greeted with a smile and positive attitude. The high quality teas with perfect boba and other great toppings are wonderful. The smoothies and small bites are also delicious, and the unique offerings at Bobabia are always evolving. A must try if you are in or around the San Mateo area.

The winter melon milk tea with crema is really sweet and yummy. The magic coffee is just slightly sweet coffee with spices and the coffee itself is nothing to write home about. The staff are super friendly!! Place is quiet and great to chat or study or draw 💕

They let people host events here! We basically have the other half of the store for our event.
The first thing I noticed when I walked in is the little doggie at the corner of the store, napping and looking so chill!
I ordered the Vietnamese coffee drink (forgot the name of the drink), the owner mentioned there's a twist to the drink. I recall the coffee flavor was less strong than I like, but it was yummy.
The party area was chill. I definitely liked the piano decoration in the room as well.
Will definitely keep this place in mind for events!

Drinks have a variety of toppings, not just boba. There's real mango chunks or taro chunks. Some items change seasonally

Signature drinks are good and unique. My favorite is Lychee Mojito. Also the owners are nice and the place is very cozy. Highly recommended if you're looking for something new!

The tea has a nice earthy and organic flavor; not too sweet. The environment is quiet which is perfect for studying. The staff are always friendly.

Phenomenal, simply put. We tried the oolong, thai, and frozen butter beer. We all loved it. Service is great, they have great selection. They have dairy free options.

Tasty tea, definitely recommend but the perfect little dog in the corner on its throne is what keeps me coming back again and again.

This place is super cute, with really friendly staff! The quality here is great as they use all organic tea leaves and real dairy products, and you can really taste the difference! They also have some unique flavors you can't get at other places. We tried the magic milk tea, and the rose jasmine milk tea. The magic milk is an English breakfast tea blend, which is a good flavor but the drink was too sweet for my taste. The rose jasmine was AMAZING. Probably the best milk tea flavor I've had in a long time, and I would highly recommend! And their boba is really good as well! (Haven't tried any of their other toppings)

There is also a lot of room to sit and hang out. (and free wifi!) Since I came here earlier in the night, there wasn't any music or anything in the adjoining room, so can't attest to how the atmosphere is at night...

Lovely space, nice music, friendly staff, good selection of teas. Bonus: They started serving tea in paper cups with paper lids and paper straws -- 100% compostable. Thank you!

We went to bobabia for a comedy night and had a lovely time. The boba tea was excellent and the comedy was fun in such an intimate setting. Highly recommend for a night out with friends

Really cute boba cafe. Drinks are all organic, made with fresh tea. Their Magic milk tea was delicious, though I will have to be back to try the rose jasmine. They also had butter beer, yes! Lots of seating and outlets for those who need to work. Wifi is free too.

Delicious tea, plant milk options, compostable cups and straws, incredibly nice owners, and they have a cute dog ✨🥺 Plus, there is a nice quiet area with comfy couches and tables!

Nice vibe with a super cute dog, fast service, good drinks, and the server put in no tip for me before I even had the chance to so I'm leaving this instead.

This place makes tasty and interesting tea, hot and cold. They also have interesting toppings like chia seeds, not just the run of the mill boba. This place is usually pretty empty, which is sad because their stuff is good and the staff is friendly. Goes to show how important location can be! Since this isn't right slab dab in the middle of downtown SM, the meter rates are lower and parking is less difficult to find. I think this makes Bobabia a more convenient option than other boba places downtown.

Free wi-fi, open until 11 and several flavors, warm and cold, of bubble tea. I've yet to be disappointed in any of the beverages. And there's a little dog too! Very friendly staff, great study environment, I highly recommend them. The only downside is the parking, which is a universal complaint in down town San Mateo.
