Starbucks

I came here a couple of times while in Downtown San Mateo. The shop offers no dine-in experience as there’s no tables at all. Not that I mind because I always order to-go via app and come to pick up.
The drinks are always fast. Every time I order while 5 mins away, they’re always ready by the time I come.
Today, I came to get my birthday treats from the app offers, and got greeted by a nice staff. He wished me Happy birthday!
I’m at that age of not celebrating my birthday anymore, but it’s nice to hear someone saying that on your special day.

There is a free kids playground best suited for family visits and lots of toys for kids to have fun at Target with reasonable prices.

Everyone was very friendly, and my drinks were quick and correct. Indrani greeted me at the front with a smile and awesome attitude.

The cashier was very helpful. I was given a pour over or the coffee they had advertised to try. It was very good. Service is good. Love Starbucks...

Clean Starbucks. Comfy and cozy coffee shop! Moreover it's in the front of San Mateo Central park, Japanese garden and ice skating rink.

They were kind they were courteous they didn't do like their other store in Belmont or El Camino they kick people out for not having food in their mouth and call the police and make false police reports they bully and intimidate at their El Camino store in Belmont I intend on pursuing legal matters with the storm Belmont but the best thing about ugly is it makes the good stores shine in the store here was a good store

I work nearby and always come here to get my daily dose of caffeine. Staff is very nice, seem to be always happy and I get my drinks fast. Only complain(that doesn't take a star out) is that the plugs for charging laptops are very loose therefore takes a lot of adjusting to get it working.

Great location. BUSY, fun, bustling and great coffee everytime. Go see a man named Ruben. He's super nice and informative. He gave me great recommendations to my order!! 5 stars!

The Anime enthusiast Barista was really chill and crafted a tasty frap. 😎 The all inclusive atmosphere was very nice too! Highly recommend that Barista. 👍

Great service, very friendly staff, and incredibly patient, some woman was holding up the line making a fuss about nothing (though you'd have thought they kicked her puppy) and they kept a smile on their faces the whole time. Gave the poor folks extra tip for their grace under pressure, I know the pain of customer service.

Shout out to Ricardo for being awesome and making a great connection! Also the girl on bar with the green pride shirt was super awesome too! Thanks for helping to make the start of my roadtrip a good one!

They always make my lattes just how I like it. That is so important when it comes to an establishment, consistency. I have had different baristas make my drinks and it has always remained the same, delicious.

I also want to point out their spectacular customer service. I am greeted with a friendly smile and they make ordering seem so simple. I dont have to deal with someone talking to another co-worker while I order, the focus is on me and I dont get that at other Starbucks. This place sets a good standard and I really appreciate that!

Great service. It is Starbucks so drinks are over priced. They are quite busy. And parking isn't easy. But it's spacious and has good outdoor seating.

What's not to like... Great location, free wifi, nice staff and open early. Mobile orders come in handy at this location. There appears to be parking in back if I'm not mistaken.

Nice little Starbucks off the main busy areas of san mateo, so it is often quiet. But it is small with not much seating.

I go here very often and its amazing..great service and great drinks and food.
