It was quick and everyone was nice of course the kids love it here and my favorite is the fish sandwich but never knew there was a double fish here so instead of getting 2 I was able to get 1 and loved it very much so much better then the single u get extra cheese and tartar all around that's the better one to get

We stopped for breakfast on a day trip to Eugene. Easy off and on the freeway at the TriCity/Riddle exit. The crew was freindly, the food cooked to the proper temperature. Restaurant was clean. Our stop when we have to get out early.

Clean, new restaurant with nice seating area. Bathroom is relatively clean (not exceptional but not bad), and has changing table. Good overall!

My biscuit was dry and hard I asked the girl to replace it and she did and had a fantastic additude.. thank you

My kids love McDonald's, like most kids do. I order here about once a week, usually mid to late evening. The food is always good and has only had an item missing from the bag maybe 2x out of what must be close to 100 orders. They were very apologetic and fixed our order up immediately when there was a mistake. I order thru the app to get the points and I use the daily deals to get approx $5 off my order. I've ordered delivery as well which took a very long time, like over an hour each time but food was correct and still warm. I feel sure this is a doordash issue. The staff is very nice and very efficient.

On a Tuesday afternoon, the dining area was spotless. Multiple employees came back and wiped tables, mopped, and did a general check of the area. I chose McDonald's over another place to get some work done. No outlets, but I understand. I was able to get everything done with my iced coffee and apple pie and really appreciated the service and atmosphere.

Quick fry fix turned into a bit of a wait. All of the employees were hustling! Super busy and large orders. The front manager did an excellent job communicating with the other staff.

Staff here made my burger so perfectly, I always ask for extra pickles and mostly only get 2. Not here, I got a really nice amount, if I didn't live so far away I would go there all the time! Thank you for your wonderful service 😀

My son and I were passing thru on our way to Hilsboro, stopped to pick up dinner for the road. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and professional. It was a very well kept, clean establishment and the food was perfectly hot and delicious. Also tried their newer Mcflurry, it was AMAZING!! And was still as cold n fresh t eat after I had finished my dinner. If we ever take another trip up north, we will definitely stop here for a meal 🤓

The service was ......well. It was basically what you would expect from a teenager lol... more robotic than Human. This restaurant was very clean very nice clean bathroom, and the atmosphere was Subdue... Overall I would rate this restaurant's experience on the scale of 1 to 10..ten being the Highest.
score. I would rate it a 7 or 8. I do have to conclude by saying that I've been to several McDonald's in Josephine.county as well as Jackson Counties.and the Tri city and Roseburg area McDonald's Restaurants And the Myrtle Creek Restaurant was the nicest and Cleanest of all. That being said I have to also add that these people who work at mcdonold's. Or fast food industry work their butts off. Taking orders from rude And snappy people and I have to say I was one of those people a few times in the past unfortunately sadly to say. My hat goes off to these people who sweat They're heiny's off Preparing the iconic McDonald's menu For us lazy people who don't want to cook Or are too busy. Anybody who works In the fast food industry we all salute you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts and stomachs lol. THANK YOU!!!

Best McDonald's I have ever been to. Young man helping me was extremely professional, friendly and order was perfect! Not only was he extremely short handed (him) he was training a new employee alone!! He was pretty much running the whole restaurant by himself. Had a line both inside and out. Kudos to him... never lost his smile!! 😊😊😊

Me and my husband have been traveling the west coast and we made a stop for some pumpkin pies, they were out but they were more than willing to make us fresh ones. I appreciate the staff for going above and beyond have great customer service.

Great fast service and the food was fresh. Road work outside but both entrances were open. There is even a grassy dog area provided with doggy poop bags even. Nice little extra on a 91° day.

Loved it a lot. so simple to order and it was super-fast service. It's like we just ordered and within 3 minutes tada, there it was and the french fries were super-hot. perfect.

The service was great 👍, and food was freshly cooked. The 1/4lb w/cheese meal was assembled like an advertised picture. I highly recommend this restaurant, not only for what I've said, but there's also truck parking across the lot at the truck stop too !!!

I see a lot of debbie downers leaving negative reviews but realistically this Mcdonalds is like any other DECENT Mcdonalds. The staff does their job well. The food is as expected going to Mcdonalds. Not high class food. We all make measly mistakes nothing is perfect. For someone to leave a bad review because of a small error is ridiculous. This Mcdonalds reaches Mcdonalds standards folks. High expectations belong somewhere else!
