Awesome find sometimes a little hole in the wall cafes can have the most delicious food and Awesome hostesses and waitresses. Definitely a hotspot for the locals Glad we stumbled across it We both had the senior chicken fried steak hash browns and eggs It was scrumptious 😋

Seriously, if you want TRUE home cooked food THIS IS THE PLACE TO EAT! This diner has VERY LARGE portions for an EXTREMELY GOOD PRICE! Great atmosphere! ALWAYS FRIENDLY! BEST COUNTRY FRIED STEAK, FRENCH DIP, AND ONION RINGS EVER! CHECK OUT MY PICTURES!

The BEST chicken fried steak I've ever had ! We also had biscuits and gravy.. the biscuits were soo soft and the gravy was seasoned perfectly! HUGE portions for the price ! We will definitely be back !

First time ordering from Hot Rod diner. I'm definitely going back the chicken fried steak was almost as big as Cathy's kitchen or fat Harvey's I have personally tried chicken fried steak from 14 different restaurants from Glendale to rice hill to glide and hot rod diner so far has the win on my quest to find the best chicken fried steak in our area I ordered two chicken fried steak breakfast and two biscuits and gravey meals all of it really good

I love their ham breakfast sandwich. Stoney, Austin and Gennifer are always friendly and provide me with good service.

Great food, huge portions (biggest, thickest ham steak EVER) $13 with 2 eggs, toast and potatoes! It was clean and friendly staff.... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

No burgers before 11 tho...I was bummed but I had the ham/ sausage/ bacon meat skillet $10! that was to die for delicious. Brought home leftovers for burritos 🌯 for the boys. Friend had Strawberry 🍓 waffles 🧇 $10 that were amazing.

We look forward each week to eat here. It depends what time we get there, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, every choice is delish. Their portions and prices you cant beat anywhere else!

Limited menu but what they have is very good and the prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is small, less than 10 tables, their waitresses are attentive and friendly. The safety of their staff and patrons are given high priority. Bring a mask, and wear it. They are a small business trying to stay open, they can't afford to lose any staff or have another closure.

The food is great and the price makes it that much better! The owners and their staff are excellent and a leading reason I keep coming back. Their chicken fried steak is half the plate size and waaaaay fairly priced! It may be one of those “hole in the wall” diners, but it’s definitely not one to be overlooked.

Even when they're packed the service is always excellent. Food still comes out in an appropriate amount of time, and the staff are very friendly. Also the food is good.

Fantastic homestyle comfort food! We had breakfas. The best chicken fried steak I have had in years! The gravy was smooth and full of flavor. The portions are huge. Great, friendly helpful staff. I will be back!
