I appreciate the customer care that Aracelly gave to my husband and me. We needed to buy new cellphones. She helped both of us every step of the way. Her knowledge of the products and her expertise are invaluable. But her kindness to 2 senior citizens is what will make us T Mobile customers! My husband is on oxygen and I just recently lost my sight in my left eye. She was so patient and kind. She is an asset to your organization and should be awarded for her excellence in service. BRAVA! Job well done.
