Sophia is an incredibly helpful employee with incredible work ethic and customer service. Whilst multitasking and helping multiple customers she remained calm and confident, but most importantly was kind and personable throughout my entire visit.

Wyatt and Sky helped our whole out when upgrading our phones and we could not have been any more satisfied! awesome customer help!

Sophia was amazingly patient as she helped me upgrade my old phone that only had maybe 10% of the screen responsive to touch. She helped find creative workarounds through 2fa texts that we couldn't hit approve on due to cracked screen. She was only person on staff and did a great job managing customers coming through the door while calmly interacting with the frustration creation that my busted android presents. I feel like a brand new person being able to leave this review on my new phone keyboard. Thanks Sophia for taking care of me, you were great!

I was having a really rough day when I walked in. Ben took nothing personal instead did everything he could to help me out. He’s quick witted, very well informed and he’s compassionate.
I left there with a working phone n a smile. The polar opposite of when I arrived. I will always go back to this store and to Ben.

The guys make us feel like we’re at home. I came to explore a new iPhone, purely as a professional-artistry device: a significant step-investment for me as a professional independent teacher venturing into fully online work. I knew only that a super stable internet connection and super clear video/audio were essential. McCartney took the greatest care of my family, taking all the time needed to help us purchase the latest model, on a super family plan. And Sean is always there to support our every question.
