AT&T Store

The best experience I have had at an AT&T store. The gold standard of customer service and excellence. I walked in looking for a new phone and Hugo went above and beyond to help me. He is a true gentleman and scholar. Went over all the deals and options that were available to me in full detail. A week later I was back in the store and the two gentlemen working were just as helpful unfortunately I forgot to catch their names. In the 10+ years I have been a customer this was by far the best experience. Quick, easy, clean, and detailed. Thanks!

As a teacher and caregiver, my phone is my life. My mom and I have been with AT&T since the very beginning of flip-phone times. When others complain about their cell phone carriers, and how they don’t have service or they can’t get or their Internet is weak, I continue on with my AT&T excellent internet, hot spot, great customer service wherever I travel and whatever I need to do for my work or personal use on my phone.
Sadly, after accidentally dropping my phone in the (clean) toilet, I was unsuccessful in drying it out in rice or the blow-dryer. It was time for an upgrade anyway (I had an X).
When I walked in the AT&T door two friendly representatives welcomed me in. Victor was up next so I got lucky :) After exchanging security information we looked up my current plan. I explained how I am an educator he helped me get the best possible deal with a teacher discount % for those educators out there, nurses and first responders as well. They have a well stocked store of phones and accessories physically in the store.
I knew I needed to walk out with a working phone. We quickly determined the best phone for me and Victor was kind and patient. I got a deal on accessories as I needed a case, screen protector and high powered charger. He took the time to meticulously install the screen protector and helped me set up my new cool blue phone, so I was able to retrieve all of my information which was backed up on iCloud. The entire experience was very positive and I highly recommend the Port Hueneme AT&T store. Victor and his team will take good care of you!

I visited this store a few days ago & got the best service I have ever received in all my years dealing with phone stores, I currently have T-Mobile & was looking to switch to AT&T. I went in on a somewhat busy day & was greeted by Troy. He was so kind & patient with me, he answered all my questions I had gave him & all the details I needed. What I liked the most is I asked him a few questions & he just wasn’t 100 percent sure & he mentioned he wanted to give me the correct answer because he is still some what new. So he called who I think was his boss to make sure he gave me the correct answer. The fact that he did that & didn’t guess or tell me what I wanted to hear just shows I can trust AT&T. They picked a great person to represent their company. At the end of my time there I switched 2 lines from T-Mobile and went with AT&T walked out with two new phones, two apple watches (Great Promo) and AT&T TV. If you visit this store trust they will take care of you. Great personality's great service & friendly as can be. Troy if you see this, thank you for helping a old woman like myself with all my questions.

My iPhone 8 was dying!! Stephanie and Alan were Great!! They assessed my situation, found I had an upgrade, hooked me up, an even helped with the data transfer from the cloud. I love my new phone, and appreciate the great service I received!!

I have had my att account for a year next month and I have had a few issues with my account and I’ve contacted customer service on those occasions but really never received the help that I needed, but on Sunday July 17th 2022? I went to the Att store in Port Hueneme, Ca. From the instant I walked in I was treated like a queen. Victor and another gentleman provided me the best of the best customer service. Victor answered all of my questions with knowledge and confidence. Victor was very kind and patient. I wanted to share this review with the world because people like Victor should be recognized for excellence and I want him to know that I appreciate him.

Stephanie is phenomenal. She is patient, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.
She deserves a bonus and a promotion.
She has gone above and beyond expectations to assist this elderly person to navigate the trials and tribulations of returning defective products, changing contents to the replacement products, preparing the returned products for shipping and selecting the protective accessories for the replacement products.
She is a tribute to the company.

Needed help with my husbands phone today, we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Natalie first and then both Natalie and Stephanie. These girls were great, we were struggling with a phone they correct our problem, made it look easy. They were both pleasant and new their stuff.I would give 10 stars if I could.

I went in to upgrade my phone and Manny was being really helpful with explaining the promotion deals. Great employee!

Troy is at the Port Hueneme, CA store and is a gem 💎 and his sales and customer service skills are done with sparkles. He is very knowledgeable and him and his family are with AT&T.
I had to switch our T-mobile account since the service is very spotty in a lot of places. We do not have service at Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard.
Troy helped me in purchasing 2 phones and accessories. I will be coming back for the $800 credit for my unlocked phone.
I came back today for an AT&T TV free trial and we are switching from TVision.
Troy gave me my military discount and was greatly appreciated.
I will make a cheesecake one of these days and give the staff one. Good and knowledgeable service definitely deserves some cheesecake!!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Karen at the AT&T store on Channel Islands. Karen helped my dad get a new iPhone. She was very knowledgeable and explained options to us in easier terms. I came in to the store looking to upgrade my mom and sisters phones. I had no idea what to get them all I knew they needed phones. I was greeted by Karen, a kind and super understanding individual. She recognized and recommend what I should get based on how my mom and sister used their phones. I bought a Samsung S9 and a Note 9. Absolutely amazing recommendation. She was able to make the entire experience and transaction smooth and without a single hiccup. She was an absolute professional representative for this ATT location. Would highly recommend anyone this location and especially to Karen. Fast, courteous and highly knowledgeable.

Amazing service!! Alexandria was the lady who helped me. She was very friendly and very helpful. I left the store confident in switching my business to AT&T.

**As a side note, the lady that was helping the customers next to us was also very friendly.

Alex was the rep that help me. She made the whole process of upgrading my phone so easy! She helped me transfer all my information to my new phone. And she also was able to lower my bill! So glad I came into this location.

We went to AT&T store at Port Hueneme it was good customer service but we didn't get the name on duty yesterday, Sept 18 at around 5pm. He was able to explain and assist us very well. Thank you.

Bought a new Samsung S21+ and it was quick, simple and effortless. The associates knew what they were doing and helped us do a cross upgrade and we encountered no issues.

Alex was so amazing, she helpped mom and i switch feom Verizon- and I received a free LG G8 which is the newest phone yet! She was very knowledgeable about what she was selling. She definitely sold us on her personality. Thanks Alex.

I wasn’t happy with calling customer service multiple times with no results.
Not in a good mood, walked into our local AT&T store and Alan took care of everything and offered me even more ways to save money !
