Lowe's Garden Center

The staff at Lowe's garden center are very helpful yet overworked. I receive excellent advice from the professionals here. As an aside when purchasing perennials be sure to look at tags to make sure they are suitable for your zone. Corporate Lowe's does the orderiing and sometime stocks plants not for our zones.

Selection of lawn, garden, and landscaping supplies is good, though different types of specialty items are a little scattered haphazardly through the enormous space. Plant selection is decent, but their condition seems to suffer from a one-size-fits-all approach to watering and maintenance of stock. I have yet to find associates knowledgeable specifically about gardening or the products for sale in the gardening center -- sales associates from the main store are great about providing assistance and trying to find information for you!
