Paul's Pizza & Pasta

Great service and good pizza. The dough had good flavor and was cooked well. Appreciated that we were able to switch the chicken on the pizza from fried to grilled. The salad was large and made well. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very well staffed. The restaurant seemed clean but slightly outdated. Would be interested to try the meals.

Always delicious and pleasant staff. Definitely worth the drive.

Was traveling South bound on the NYS Thruway and was happy I made this my dinner stop. Super nice waitress and a great pepperoni calzone. They also had slices available but I didn’t try.

My only improve, the locks on the bathroom stalls didn’t work.

Awesome food and service, I had the Ceasars salad and medium extra cheese, black olives, and pepperoni pizza. Delicious!!! Kamryon was my server and he was awesome. Never had an empty glass of pepsi and he made sure to keep table clean and clear. Very courteous and polite and extremely helpful!! The menu had a slot of options, will had pics to show!

This place is legit Italian pizza and more!!! Check them out ASAP.

We stopped at Paul's on our way back to PA from VT. This was a happenstance stop because one of us had to pee and the rest stop was closed. But oh my goodness what a wonderful surprise! I'm a Jersey girl and it's hard to impress me when it comes to pizza. This place was phenomenal!! The pizza was excellent, the buffalo garlic knots were lit, and the fountain Dr. Pepper was the icing on the cake. Last but not least, there is a play-until-you-win crane machine full of rubber duckies for $1! Very easily 5 stars and my new mid-trip rest stop to Killington. Thank you so much Angelle!

Best pizza crust on the planet!!!! Chewy and a little sweet. Perfect sauce:cheese ratio and the sauce isn’t just straight tomato, it’s superbly seasoned and totally tasty. I don’t know if I love Paul’s pizza so much because it’s what I grew up with or because it’s actually just the best, classic, thin crust NY style pizza there is. What I do know is I’ve eaten a LOT of pizza in a LOT of places from NYC to Boston to LA to Seattle and Paul’s kicks all of their @$$*$ hands down.

We found this great place after a long day lobbying in Albany. The food was excellent and the service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with making suggestions. Definitely coming here when we make our trips to Albany as a place to unwind and prepare for our long ride home.

Pizza was really good and they delivered to the truck stop and the wings are also good

First time here stopped in for a few slices the pizza was very good and they had a large selection to choose from definitely will be back again

Absolutely love Paul's. Food is consistent and delicious. The staff are friendly and always appreciative of our business. They have everything from pizza, to pasta to dinners, such as chicken parm, fresh salads and more. The portions are huge, so we can always count on left overs.

From Ct. and staying in Coxsackie while I'm working up here in New York, went out for dinner and had the shrimp scampi which was off the hook the only way I can describe the calamari is "Shut the front door", and the calzones are the best I've had in the Northeast.

This has GOT to be one of my boyfriend and I’s favorite pizza places! We found it driving up to New York from down south and fell in LOVE with it <3 The crust has good integrity with a little crunch and little chewy. The toppings are fairly well distributed with yummy flavor. I’ve tried several different ones and rather than the ones heaping with veggies (that I normally prefer) I have to say my favorite is just a classic pepperoni, mushroom and black olive (not pictured). I’ve only called ahead to pick up the order so I’m not sure how the dining experience is. But if you’re looking for good pizza, please stop here!

We often order on our way from Albany to Poughkeepsie, have never been disappointed. The pizza is 5 star. The few times we've been seated, excellent service. Always a nice break and yummy treat.

This is our favorite pizza restaurant. Real NYC style pizza. Anytime we travel from Kingston to Albany, we have to stop for dinner and a pizza to go! Their dinners and salads are also excellent.

Food was good, busy place for Friday. Order in person, then on line is better
