Plaza Diner

I eat here all the time with my fiance. It's always a great experience, everyone is kind and attentive and the food is great! Today I was having a rough day at work not feeling well and I stopped in for some soup. The hostess who we see all the time was so kind and sent me on my way with some soup on the house instead of sending me back to my car to grab cash as the soup was below the minimum card purchase threshold. I think she could see how awful I was feeling. I just want to say thank you to her and the whole team at plaza we love dining with you. Thanks for taking care of me today :)

First off, WHAT A MENU UPGRADE👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
There were so many new selections placed on the menu and I had an extremely hard time making a decision on what it was that I really wanted to order. Photos attached include a deluxe beef cheeseburger which has fresh tomatoe, lettuce, mushrooms, red onions, yellow and green peppers with a side of fries. You also have pancakes deluxe which includes eggs, bacon, ham and sausage. I ordered extra bacon instead. Last but not least, the appetizer which was potato skins with broccoli and cheese. THAT WAS DELICIOUS. Don't get me wrong, EVERYTHING was great from start to finish. S/o to my server NOAH. He was on point with his service. It was pretty crowded and the atmosphere was calm. It's a great feeling when you walk into a restaurant and pick up the vibes off rip. The servers had it together and you could tell that they all enjoyed working with one another. I'm going back to try other items on the menu soon. The Long Island tea are HITTING.

The food was excellent! Service great! And what they do and are doing for our community is outstanding 👏🏻 👏🏻👏🏻 Definitely try it out if you haven't all ready ❤

What is not to like about a NY diner. The atmosphere was typical diner. The service was very good as the waitress was very attentive and observant. Diner prices are always a plus.

I love this place. Prices are reasonable, staff and owner are really welcoming. They will change anything on the menu for you if it’s possible. Can’t recommend them enough!

You can never go wrong eating here as the food is always good with a large selection to pick from. Service is fast and the waitresses are friendly.

We were in town visiting family and stopped here for a meal. Everything was delicious and our waitress was very friendly and engaged.

With our taco platter, we ordered endless mimosas.

It was my first time there with a friend. I'm new in Upstate NY and I was very very pleased with EVERYTHING. I had the haddock, mashed potatoes and corn.

The packed parking lot was a good sign. We both ordered the same special that was on the board. We were surprised we were asked what soup we wanted because it came with it, nice.
Lunch was delicious. We were stuffed when the waitress asked us about dessert... and dessert came with it! Couldn't turn it down!
A full lunch with soda was only about $17 (including tip!).
Defiantly a great diner to hit up again!

Breakfast, lunch or dinner..especially dessert. Never disappoints. Maggie’s black & white milkshakes are the best.

If you want a great plate of food, always great service and I would have say The best Mexican food in Hudson! I was pleasantly surprised after having breakfast, lunch and dinner there loads of times, they never fail! Great prices too!

Walked in and were immediately greeted by friendly staff. Our server was fast and attentive.

The prices are unmatched and the food was delicious. The French Toast did not disappoint. Sometimes French toast can just taste like eggs bread, but this was had flavor and was thick. 10/10 would come back just for the breakfast.

But then I ordered lunch food. And the FRIES. So good. Crispy, hot, and soft inside. The wraps were also good.

All this is worth the 5 star review, but then you learn the owner is very charitable and takes care of the community. It makes me want to eat here way more often.

Great specials. Left with enough for another meal. That's the way it should be.

Great ambience. Its my first time to eat in a real american diner. So much food choices in their menu which I like. I ordered their plaza diner deluxe burger and it was good, I could have ordered the bbq. Quick and efficient staff also.

Great food. Very attentive staff. Very reasonable prices.

My partner and I stopped after some errands. They had a lot of seats available and let me sit where I wanted. All of the staff were very helpful and actually took the time to talk to us. They made me feel like family. I'm definitely going back and I'd even suggest take out during this busy holiday season. You will not regret anything you get from there.

Burger and fries were delicious, neither were greasy. Kids pizza was pretty big for one kid so husband and I ate the other slices. Its was great, tasted like a pizzeria pizza.

Such a pleasure to find a gold mine in a small town! I ordered the Greek salad ang gyro. I super lot of food had extra to bring home.
