This place has the most delicious baked goods! We tried the apple cider donuts, apple cinnamon scone, raspberry turnover, and the cranberry orange muffin. They were all delicious and fresh. Definitely the best apple cider donut I’ve ever tried. Love that they’re open year round. And the staff was super friendly and sweet!

I had a great time at Golden Harvest Farms. They have so many great baked goods, produce, and beverages to choose from. They also have a nice bbq picnic style place to eat lunch and they also have a distillery in a barn in the back. I highly recommend going to the distillery in the barn to see what they have. They make great whiskey and balsamic vinegar. It’s a great spot to get gifts for anyone because of the unmatched quality that comes from their farm. I can’t wait to come back this fall. Thanks!

This place is incredible. They have everything so fresh. They have pastries, pies, vegetables, cider and so much more.
We picked up some apples, pears, cider, honey, apple cider donuts and vodka ! They have their own distillery too! It was really cool to see their distillery and smokehouse. My partner got their Brussel sprouts from their smokehouse and it was 10/10. Also- by far- this was the best apple cider donut I have ever had. It was so incredibly fresh and soft. Their cider was perfectly hot and it just made for a perfect fall day. Marcy was super cool and had some great recommendations in there. Over all the spot is fresh and friendly. They have a huge array of items to choose from. We came from queens just to try their donuts and it was beyond worth it. Def have to try!

Very nice farm stand that has a excellent choice of fresh produce, cider donuts and many other pastries. Very friendly staff. Prices are really good. They have a smokehouse were you can get pulled pork sandwiches, bratwurst, jerk chicken, bbq turkey,grilled cheese and other items. There is also a distillery that you might want to visit.

Best doughnuts the Hudson region! Love the pumpkin selection and don't sleep on the cheese's. Prices are good and folks are friendly. Also the distillery is a hidden treasure there tasting menu is a steal.

Get the apple cider donuts!!!! I come here to get apples and peaches a couple times a year. The staff is incredibly friendly and there is a lot of parking.
Apples are always a hit here. The maple syrup is great too. The baked goods are okay. I ordered a blueberry muffin and got a cranberry orange one instead.

This is our favorite place to go when staying in the area. The apple cider donuts are the best we've ever had - and we keep trying to find some just as good with no luck. Great produce, honey, and the new Smokehouse has delicious BBQ and sides and you can eat there or bring home. Oh, and the pies. Fruits of the Forest is our favorite!

Had such a fun time here! The people were incredibly nice and helpful! There was a huge selection of apples and I wanted to try one of each— you’re allowed to just buy one and don’t have to buy to whole basket, so you can create your own mix!

nice time at the farm. Bought a mashed potato Squash. I never even heard of it before. Check out the outstanding bbq!

Killer food! The nicest people run this place including the owner. You can see a lot of hard work here. Marcy helped us out and I am currently enjoying their Brisket Chili and a Cider doughnut. I will be back for it! I Highly recommend coming here! And I’ll be back!

Amazing place. I've been coming here for many years. Not only are the fruits and vegetables fresh and grown on premises (or locally), the distillery and restaurant they have added are wonderful. Plus, their apple cider donuts are to die for. Seriously the best I've ever had- light and fluffy, not too sweet with the perfect amount of sugar on the outside.
Other random tidbits:
-Everyone who works there is super friendly.
- Bathrooms are clean.
- Prices in store are reasonable for the high quality products they sell.

Recommendations for the restaurant:
1. Smoked mushroom sandwich- Hands down the most flavorful and tender Portobello I've had in a while.
2. Mac n cheese. (but really it's cheese and Mac)
3. House made hard cider. There is an amazing Distillery on premises serving local cocktails, ciders, and beer.
You should come here. Whether you are passing through town or live here this is absolutely worth a stop.

Apples are delicious. Donuts and other pastries are the best. Very knowledgeable and customer friendly staff. I want to try the jams and jellies so bad. I could walk around this place for hours because of all the yummy options. I haven’t tried til he cooked food yet but I will.

This was my first time @ Golden Harvest and wow just wow. The staff is super friendly and kind here and there are fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers EVERYWHERE. Even a distillery and fresh pulled pork right on the spot for lunch. I was told the apple cider donut were the best in Albany, they have won an award the last 11 years. After having one to try I can see why, just amazing. Can't wait to visit again

Great family day destination. Cider donuts put this place on the map. The family owned staff is very friendly.

What a great place! I've driven by here for years but never stopped in. Finally my wife decided to take our kids and select some pumpkins and it was great. Huge selection, very organized, great prices. $31 for 3 large and 5 small pumpkins. It's more of a market than some other orchards (which are "playgrounds," and lure in kids with rides and get their parents to spend a crazy amount of money on pumpkins and food). The cider donuts and cider were awesome! Highly recommend!

Lots of varieties of apples and pears and very knowledgeable staff about the best uses and storage of their products. The cider is great! There is also a Distillery and BBQ restaurant right there. We go every year for the honeycrisp apples and utility apples.

Really lovely farm stand/orchard/bakery/distillery. I loved the sugar coated apple cider donut which tasty great and had a lovely texture. I got a bundle of Snap Dragon apples that I'm excited to try with locally made blue cheese. Of course there is apple cider, mulling spices, gourmet kitchen treats as well.
There's a distillery in the back which has a lovely variety of apple sourced hard liquors, ranging from vodka, gin, whisky, scotch, and brandy. They also have a delicious variety of vinegars with a variety pack option that I'm excited to gift. A very solid stop north of Hudson.

Been reading about the cider donuts. WHAT!!!! BOUGHT 1 AND AFTER THE 1ST BITE 😋. I'M FRIGGIN HOOKED.😂. Love the apples they sell. The whole place is just amazing to shop in. I don't drink, but they do have a distillery and sell spirits. You gotta go there. Prices are on point.

Great selection of apples and pumpkins. Smoked BBQ Thursdays - Sundays till 6pm. Cool distillery with ciders and bourbons. Fridays live music. Driving by...stop in. Looking for a nice place in Rensselaer County...worth checking out.
