Has what I needed cashier guy was on point and fast. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes

Got served quickly & helped put my wiper on.

I went in for a couple of items. When I couldn't find what I was looking for I asked for help. He was very nice and tried to explain things to me as well as finding what I wanted. Even spent time looking up prices of some other items I wanted. Very clean and neat store.

Generally got what I need and fluid prices are decent. Parts are generally with a huge markup but that's the whole industry when you don't buy from the right sources. No points against o'reilly.

The staff at the North location is fairly knowledgeable and always willing to get you what you need. Good place.

Always friendly staff is there to make sure you have the help to find the parts you need. The prices sre fair and there are multiple locstions for your convenience. I bought a replacement for my rearview mirror. It was less than 15 bucks!

I had a very good experience here (North O'Reilly in Topeka, KS) when I went in to get help or info on how to get my rear light cover off so I could replace a brake light bulb. It seemed impossible to pull it off & nowhere in the manual did I find help nor on YouTube. Needless to say, I was getting very frustrated! I explained the problem to a nice young man at the counter named Blake & he came right out with a tool he thought may help. He seemed to understand what was needed & I felt confident that he would solve this annoying, irritating issue once & for all. Blake instantly solved the problem for me & become my hero for the 2nd time! (as he helped me set up my dash compass on an earlier visit). He had worked the previous day & then was required to stay up all night to monitor the sales floor waxing crew, then worked the next day, when I came in, all after only 4 hours of sleep! Blake is an impressive young man & O'Reilly & their customers are very lucky to have him in their employ!

Last night I went in for a headlight change. Gabe was more than helpful with changing it for me. Great customer service as well.

Ben was awesome so helpful came out in the freezing cold at 730 am to assist me with my windshield wipers so awesome I will be a life long customer

Quickest service right here. I called all the parts stores in this area looking for a head gasket for my vw. OReilly Auto not only handled the call the quickest, they could get the part way faster than their competitors. Even quicker than Advance which has a giant distribution center in Salina.

Have been to this location several times over the years, it's my preferred parts store. Always friendly helpful staff , decent prices, quality parts.

Thank you to Danielle and Scott for taking the time and care to fix my daughter's car. She is in Topeka for school when her car broke down at 9pm on a school night. The car was over heated and could not be operated. They took the situation into their own hands and went WAY out of their way to help my daughter. Thank you very much, you were a life saver!

Always helpful staff members. Been an o'reilly guy most of my life and this is my favorite store out of the 3 I frequent.

my check engine light came on...I stopped in they hooked up their little Gadget and told me what the problem was.. so courteous so friendly.

The customer service was great. It was a unique situation and they helped every step of the way.
