Final Cut Pizza and Pub

Traveling through and tried this pizza place! It did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our needs. Restaurant was clean.
The pizza was amazing! Seriously delish! The crust edges were the bomb. Like a bonus breadstick for dipping. 😋
The salad bar was simple but fresh and enough variety to make a yummy salad.
I wish we lived closer to come back often. Will be back when in the area.

Love the atmosphere with all of the movies and the old classic video games. The pizza was awesome and our server was very nice. Highly recommend.

NOTE: Do not let the word "Pub" in their name confuse you - This is a family establishment, where they do not serve any hard liquor. They do have one small room with three gambling machines (see my pictures), but the rest of the business is open to all ages.

While traveling across the state of Oregon (on I-84) today, we wanted to try something "local" and new to us, when out of the blue - my wife found this place, and it looked interesting so we pulled off the Interstate for lunch . BOY WERE WE HAPPY!!

We arrived about 10 minutes past the listed opening time. Come to find out that early Thursday morning, they had a fire in the kitchen. Today was the first day open again after a fast and furious clean-up and Health Department re-inspection. We were actually the second customers to come in after being closed for the repairs. The looks (and smell) inside the restaurant would have never given that fact (that they had a fire) away. It looked wonderful.

From the Google information, we were interested in having the all-you-can-eat pizza and saladbar.

The saladbar was fresh, well stocked, with plenty of items to select from. The pizza was wonderful as well. There were plenty of choices/varieties and (for over an hour with LOTS of people having the same thing) always fresh pizza being placed in the serving area. I never saw it empty or less than 6 options available.

The service was friendly, prompt, and all together outstanding. I ended up meeting the owner, Joe Cox (his wife Jamie was at home.) We had a great conversation, and I learned much about what they are trying to develop in the 1.5 years they have owned the place. I think they are headed in the right direction.

We pass by this town often and will make this one of our "must stop at places to eat."

So, YES, we will be back!

Passing through while we make our way back to NC. We’re from WA & moved last spring. This place looked good and it did not disappoint. Salad bar was good and had everything you can think of for toppings. I got the 1/4 slice of a large pizza and it had two slices & was perfect with the small salad. I got the Hawaiian. The dough could have been just a touch more done but it was very good. Also cute women’s bathroom. Nice to have clean bathrooms. Good service, decent prices. They have arcade games too! Lots of reviews so you know this place is popular. We’re documenting our whole road trip. Best restaurants & places to stay from WA to NC.

We had The Everything pizza. It was great! Plentiful toppings and a nice thick crust. They did offer a thin crust option as well. They staff was very friendly! They had a couple of coin operated arcade games as well!

Great place. Our server, Sailor, was incredibly nice and patient. Pizza was the best I've had in a while. Forgot to take a picture until the end.

We went for a birthday dinner for my grandson on May 21st.
Service was awesome.

Best pizza I’ve ever had hands down. I travel 2 hours just to get this amazing pizza. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is fun and they have video games. If you are traveling through la grande than you need to stop and grab a pizza.

Very good pizza, wings were delicious plain or add your favorite sauce .
Salad bar was perfect sized no wasted ingredients but enough to a have an incredibly satisfying salad . You can tell this place was put together by someone who wants you enjoy your meal , and your experience here .
Plus there are THREE pin ball machines!!!!! Amazing place for the whole family .

The freeway was closed and I needed a place to hang out. I saw this place and gave it a try. This is the kind of small pizza joint that used to be everywhere. Brandi was my server and she was just wonderful! I'm through her all of the time and I'll definitely be back.

JOE the OWNER & CREW Are providing a good quality service and food product on a daily basis. All the staff is very friendly, I would just ask the patrons to tip a little bit more.

Alot of these kids are going to college or their supporting families, and always be kind to the Waiters staff and PAY YOUR TIPS in CASH.

Celiac safe! I’m always looking for places that are celiac safe and they did a great job knowing what was safe and did everything in their power to make sure I wouldn’t get sick. Pizza was great too, the crust was hard but I feel like that’s pretty normal for gf crusts.

Best pizza in town. I just tried it for the first time a few days ago and I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this pizza. The kraut is the bestttt! Especially with polish sausage added. 🤤

Awesome customer service the atmosphere is above approach. I would definitely recommend taking your family out to dinner and enjoying a good pizza and salad.

If you want a great pizza (not for die hard traditional pizza folks) Had Tuscun Sun pizza. Sun dried tomato base,chicken, mozzarella.red bell peppers (they were out so we got green) and fabulous crust. Service was great. There were 2 tables of 10 and the 2 of us did not get forgotten

If you are passing through (or even if you live in La Grande), you MUST eat here! Such a great atmosphere with the warm fire and extra friendly staff! Even though it’s not on the menu, they serve the BEST clam chowder in a bread bowl. Their pizza was great as well! They said they overcooked it and offered to make us a new one if we thought it was too crispy. We happen to like our pizza on the more crispy side and it didn’t look overcooked. We appreciated the gesture but didn’t need a new one. The service was great and we felt right at home! I’ll be stopping here again next time I’m in town!

It was a pleasant experience. There have been a few attempts at having an impactful pizza restaurant in La Grande over the course of 20+ years.

Final Cut Pizza and Pub has nailed it. The facility is cozy, clean, and pulls you back into the 90's with the atmosphere that has been cultivated there.

The service was astute, swift and always friendly. It made for a pleasant time.

The pizza itself was, objectively good. It tasted fresh, it was advertisement worthy, the sauce was decent and enough to add that additional flavor without being overpowering.

The crust was the most delightful surprise. It was light in feel, without being soggy. It was crispy and flaky without being burnt. Without knowing any better, i could only assume some artisan is in the kitchen doing amazing work with bread.

I don't know where Final Cut came from, and I hope it never leaves.

Stopped in for pizza while in town for work, easily in the top 3 pizzas I've had in my life.

Seriously, it's been over a year and I still think about how good it was.

Very happy with the staff and the food is really good. Love the children wings.
