Huge thank you to Freightliner Northwest in LA Grande, Or! They had the recovery/surge tank for our RV in stock and two hours after rolling in we rolled back out. Old style customer service that is just too rare these days. Thanks again!

RV owner. They worked with me because I live in my RV, they allowed me to use parts I had already purchased, they honored my scheduled appointment even though they were busy and staff was very friendly. Came in under quoted amount so hats off to them.

We called the LA Grande, OR Freighliner, while on the road. We had a crack in our surge tank, in our motorhome, which was blowing out antifreeze as we drove. They had the tank in stock and told us to come on in, and they could replace it while we waited. True to their word, we showed up at 930 the next morning and we were on the road by 1230, and it came in under the bid.
Very friendly staff. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Had blown radiator and dead batteries when I woke up at 6 am. Dead in the water and luckily only 1/2 mile from dealer .
Called at 7am and they took me right in as soon as the wrecker arrived . Worked all day and they did the radiator, all batteries and even squeezed in a full service and oil pan gasket while I was there. Being it was a Thursday and I was loaded this could have been a disaster sitting over the weekend waiting for
repairs. Excellent job and they kept us up on progress and costs the whole time. Recommend them 100%. Slept overnight in thier lot to make sure everything is good idling and they said they would take me right in next morning first thing if any issues.

Great customer service! We aren’t even customers, called today to get some information we are missing on a 2015 Freightliner we own and try to sell. Sam was so nice and friendly! She gave us the info we needed on the engine specs for our truck and what left me pleasantly surprised: even sent the details in a pdf via email! We really appreciate your help Sam! If you’re debating going to this dealership or not don’t think too much! I’m sure they’ll take good care of any customer!

Andy, I believe is the service manager, he is polite and wants to take care of your needs. They have an electrical genius named Paul who amazingly had our electrical issue diagnosed before 9am. He also found a couple other issues and was able to address them were needed to leave. Our truck was in this shop a little over 24 hours. We got there before closing on Monday night. They had it in first thing in the morning, had everything diagnosed and was waiting on parts by 9am. Received parts the next day and truck was completed by 8:15 am the next day. I wish I could remember the receptionist young lady to acknowledge her by name. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and expedient.

We called the shop in Spokane, WA because it was close. It was 100 miles away. They weren't interested in giving any information about when they could check things out. She would only say, "We will look at it within 24 hours." I couldn't get any other information out of her not to mention she was rude and gave the impression I was interrupting her day. The next closest dealer, Hermiston, OR was polite and wanted to help but couldn't get to it for a couple days. This is why we traveled 160 miles to LA Grande, OR. Happy we did.

If you have issues and are around this area, I would recommend this shop. Super people.

Rebuild my front end. Drives great now. They did a great job.

Can't say enough of good things about the people here. Had my semi truck towed there, they got it right in for a diagnostic of the engine . They were quick an courteous. How ever, I elected to have a friend come to get my trailer that was already loaded. Left my truck there returned a week later with a tow rack to take my semi truck back to Utah to my mechanic. So tools I didn't load to go back an get my truck, the guys in that shop loaned me tools an actually came out an looked over all my chains, tie downs to see if I had done things right or not ....they gave me the thumbs up . They didn't have to do help me at all, But They Did ... Thankyou to the service manager an a few of the mechanics there, who helped this old women owner operator.....

There was some question about a part number and he verified with a search and called another shop that had the part and asked for pictures so we could see exactly what we needed to know. Had the part shipped expeditiously. Sam ( Samantha ) in service was an excellent representative for Northwest. She was knowledgeable and shared all my concerns and questions with the shop. Shop techs were great also. Thank you Northwest for keeping me moving on down the road …. Great job !!

Needed gladhand and fitting hose replaced and had no tools. They sold us what we needed and Andy even helped out putting it on!! Great customer service! Thank you, Andy!!!

Great shop. As an independent breaking down is always and adventure. I broke a radiator on my way back to boise. They had one for my Cascadia. They had a price and everything for me no hassle etc. agreed to start the work in the am. Had my truck back by 10:30am or so. Good shop!

Andy Ford the service manager was very helpful and friendly. Only waited about a half hr for simple service. Sam at front desk was very nice as well!

Awesome Service! My radiator blew going over Dead Man's Pass, they referred me to Fenn's Towing. They arrived quickly and Freightliner confirmed it was my radiator right away. They had the part in stock and started immediately to replace it, so I could get back on the road to deliver my load on time! If I'm ever in the area again, needing a repair, I'm definitely coming back.

I had an ACM code come up and I called the service department when I was about 1-1/2 hours away. They said bring it in and we should be able to get to it. I ended up having to stay in a hotel overnight but Saturday morning they had my truck repaired. Plus a couple other minor repairs.
The staff is EXCEPTIONALLY QUALIFIED and FRIENDLY! All my questions were answered. The Northwest Blend coffee is great.
I am in this area often and will certainly use Northwest -La Grande again on any truck problems.

My radiator went out about 40 miles west of LaGrande and they came out, towed me in, and were in Contact with me as soon as they figured anything out.. Fast and friendly service. Andy was a great help through out the entire process.

I had a small job completed here while visiting the area. Andy Ford could not have been more accommodating. Got me in & got me out. Tech Paul did a great job. My thanks to both of you. I would recommend this to anyone needing truck service

A good shop to get repairs done. They are surprisingly busy even though they don't look it. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and the service department is as well & informative. The parts department usually have parts that other freightliner shops don't

Great people, excellent service, nice lounge and bathrooms for customers, all the coffee you can drink. Free taxi service to motel and back if overnight stay. They go out of their way to help. Thank you from Dan Tye Trucking!
