I recently had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from Damian at the Los Banos Shield Storage. From the moment I walked in, Damian greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. He attentively listened to my storage needs and went above and beyond to find the perfect unit for me.

Damian patiently answered all of my questions and provided detailed information about the facility's security measures and amenities. He even took the time to show me around the property, ensuring that I felt comfortable and confident in my decision.

Throughout the entire process, Damian displayed professionalism and professionalism. He was incredibly knowledgeable and demonstrated a genuine desire to assist me in finding the best solution for my storage needs. His customer-centric approach made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer.

Furthermore, Damian's communication skills were exceptional. He promptly returned my phone calls and emails, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns I had. His attention to detail and follow-through were truly commendable.

Regarding a recent U-Haul rental. Very awesome customer service! Never have I had this great of an experience with anyone in customer service!!!!! This place and the gentleman who helped me deserves a raise with 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

Since I couldn't edit my other review I'll correct it here. Damian's eyes aren't blue they're like grayish FYI but they're still beautiful they're hypnotizing actually thank you Damien once again for everything you've done from holding my key for months putting your own lock at one point. There's so much more that guy has done. I can't list it all. I can say this much when you called the phone line he would pick up and already know by your voice maybe it was called id but I doubt it because I've called off other peoples phone and he still knew it was me. The people now can't even say my name right. They don't make you feel welcomed nor do I feel safe leaving my belongings there. I will be going and getting my stuff on the weekend. The new company can go eat figs!

Damien is the BEST. Saved me in a pinch and communicated all the way through. He runs that place while being split in ten different directions but still manages to get everyone taken care of and was always responsive to my calls or questions. Would definitely recommend this location

The guy that works here is always helpful and nice. Never any issues with staff and or other customers. Their U Haul rentals are threw the roof. He always seems to have everything under control!

I need help is there a way to pay online it’s closed now and I just realized my bf forgot to pay I can’t loose my stuff please help !!

We came in to rent a U-haul van. Had a great experience, Damian has excellent customer service skills, he was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The process was hassle free. We highly recommend Shield Storage if you need to rent a U-haul !!

I must say I am very pleased so far with Shield Storage. Being able to fill out the paperwork and get it all squared away online was such a blessing. Then going in and dealing with Damian was wonderful. He greeted me with a smile and explained everything well and just a real pleasure to deal with. I definitely made the right choice going with Shield.
