Not too crowded. Friendly staff. Fast check out. Clean Actually at night.. First time there.

Came in during the week in the morning and the line to check out was insane thank goodness they had about 4 registers open and it flew by. Great job Ross.

Very great selection of clothes for my 9 year old daughter (who I went shopping for originally). Even found very nice shoes for myself!!! Staff very helpful. I asked to use the restroom and they had someone over there to open the door within 2 minutes. Great shopping experience!!!!

Holy moly this place is huge bigger then any other riss and very very clean! The fitting rooms where open and the sales clerks were very friendly and helpful

Please have trash cans throughout your store so we your customers can help keep it clean. Also, let client take carts outside. I had $200 worth of stuff and broke my new glass table trying to carry all my items without a cart

Many of your new employees walked around saying hello and smiling. Great to see. Thank you. Focus on those NOT appreciating the new job walking around making eye contact with no smile and not saying hello as if I was bothering them by being there. You don't need them. There is a few in your bunch.

Over all a great place to shop, a little bit of everything at great prices. Keep it organized and keep it stocked and clients will keep coming to spend their money here instead of Turlock or Merced.

Now depending on where I was, the Ross in Sonora, California is great! Clean, the employees are fantastic. The Ross in Merced, California, umm not clean, clothing is on the floor, this store is a mess. From the moment you drive into the parking lot, find a spot, to the walk to the store. In Merced you have to deal with a filthy parking area, vagrants, then the store.

Well stocked store with friendly, helpful staff. Found everything I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Stockton Elks Lodge is the most inviting to their guests and the good works in the community serves so many including Veterans and Children. Stop by or call and Join.

I shopped at Ross dress for Less in Los Banos ,CA . They are located next door to Save-Mart grocery store on Mercy Springs Rd at Pacheco Blvd on the South East side of town.

Got myself a brand new wallet, shades, hand sanitizer and customer service was great.

Excellent deals on all name brands and off brands.

Had a return and they put money back on my catd..THAT SAME DAY! Great customer service
