Starbucks

We stop at this location at least 2-3/mo. on our commute from Gilroy to Fresno. Food is always tasty, my caramel macchiato with breve is always perfect. Staff has always been fast and friendly. Location is right off the main road, hwy 152, and the area seems safe. As long as things stay the same we'll keep coming back.

The ladies were very friendly, and the service was fast & efficient.

Such a lively environment! The assistant manager and manager are both very kind people. I watched as they very nicely greeted people and held friendly conversations with all guests. I study here frequently and am always eager to go back again.

I normally don't feel compelled to write reviews about Starbucks I visit but this location in Los Banos went above and beyond. I worked here throughout the day about a week ago and had a wonderful experience. The staff was tremendously helpful and welcoming. The owner even felt compelled to speak with me and I really enjoyed getting to connect with him. Rarely do you have a personalized experience like this at a Starbucks but this location is truly the exceptional! Thank you Russ and team for all that you do and for maintaining such an excellent Starbucks! I highly recommend stopping in.

Very friendly service and very CLEAN store.

This is by far the best service I have received at any Starbucks and believe me I've been to many. From Fresno to the Bay area but this Starbucks here in Los Banos California made the most beautiful and tastiest drinks from any Starbucks I have gone to. Love it!

In the past week I was given a free latte for waiting to be served and this morning I was given a free drink card by Starbuck employees for having a great attitude. These are great incentives to return more often with a sense of being with family. If there were more stars to give I would give them. What better PR could Starbucks receive from a customer?!!

Very fast service. We saw the line and thought we were going to wait forever. I think we might have been in line a total of 5 minutes, which is not long considering the line that early in the morning. Friendly and fast service.

It's a Starbucks, and it's not bad either. When they do make mistakes, they're usually pretty cool about getting things fixed for you. Customer service is either basic or really good depending on who's working.

Order, then instead of waiting on line, walk to the mission building and back. That's just the right amount of time to get your order ready

I just wish some of the works would extend the courtesy of a greeting and a smiling to all customers, not just their favs.
