I found everything I needed here. Prices are a tad high. However, the staff is very friendly and do not follow you around the store. They make you feel comfortable shopping there.

Great prices. Great quality. I drive from Cedar Park to go to their store.

Purchased a couple of pixi cuts and love them. Staff was not especially friendly but neither terribly rude.

Selection is great, love coming here. BUT, i thought i added my total up as i was grabbing my items and after checking out my total was different. 😖 Also the price tags on the bag of hair was taken off whilst i looked at other things around the check out area. So, i could not go back and say hey this should be my total. Yea, i could have gone back and grabbed a different bag of hair off the isle and said the price should be this, literally it was the last one tho. So what i am saying is check your receipts. Extremely great place tho. Still gets a 5 star.

Huge beauty supply with a little bit of everything! Tea tree oil, Jamaican Black Castor oil with Rosemary, will root oil and Mielle Rosemary & sage oil. Combined into one super groovy hair growth oil!

This is a one of a kind shop for people of all colors and nationalities. Even the staff showed exemplary customer service that was a highly motivated sales person by the name of Renee. She was right there every step with a great attitude. She deserves her own store. That type of good attitude keeps people coming back!!

I'd actually like to rate this shop as a 4.5 in terms of a beauty supply! I loved their makeup and hair care product selections. They also had a ton of loose and braiding hair available of many different varieties. The wig selection, for me, was a bit lackluster and did not give many variations in terms of custom, carefully crafted wigs. But I usually get my wigs elsewhere, and wasn't even there for that, so yeah - 4.5 stars.

They have a large selection of hair when compared to other stores. The customer service was pleasant as well. Definitely WILL be back.

My favorite hair store to go to PERIODTTT! Best one in Austin, Texas. They have everything you need ! I mean EVERYTHING! It’s like candy or toys store for me lol, I get so excited they have so many nice stuff, hair, wig, weaves, hair accessories, lip gloss, press on nails, cute sandals, cute jewelry, toddlers hair accessories, everything….I don’t know her name but I believe she is a owner. She is also a cashier and is very cool nice lady. I always come there with my baby girl. I really love this store. 🥰

There are literally so many options to choose from with Cocoa Butter soaps, Shea butter, African black...so many hair products and items you think would be sold in common stores for us like Walgreens or even Walmart - nope...those special products you are looking for are all hiding here! They have wonder smelling perfume oils as well that I would prefer over an expensive bottle of the real thing. It's literally just as good! I love a place with variety in general, and the Asian lady is so nice and seems like she knows her stuff when it comes to black hair products lol.

I loved them. They have the best customer service I've seen from the several different Beauty Supply Stores with in the last two days. They didnt have exactly what I wanted in a wig but I found other things that I loved. They were very helpful. I will continue to shop with them!

ONE STOP SHOPPING MEGA STORE! Went to its soft opening and saw rows and rows of quality products, fantastic prices. Do I need all these choices? WHY YES! Friendly store staff and squeaky clean. A Gem! Thank you Urban Beauty, for making my shopping easy and fun!

The wigs are awesome and last long, the weaves are awesome and last long! They have a BETTER variety and quality and the staff are awesome and on it! They will continue to have a loyal customer in me!

The place has a diverse collections of hair products. If you are Natural, 90% of their shelf haircare products are safe to use on the fro or locs. A young lady that worked there was really helpful and informative on their products.

#1. The Queen in the wig section was patient, honest and helped me find "the one"
#2. The store is well lite, organized, clean and the inventory is plentiful/trending.
#3. The ladies up front were friendly and not afraid to get on the floor to assist with a smiling face.
