After an error with my order, I went back inside to talk with someone. Talking with Eric, he provided an explanation and amazing customer service. 10/10 best Pizza Hut employee ever

My family and I ordered Pizza Hut thru the app..we ended up having a door dasher person delivering our order..the driver himself was very suspicious.. he ended up getting orders messed up and kinda screwed over the workers and messed them all up..got the wrong food.. called Pizza Hut and they immediately apologized and told me about how the dasher was acting and they promptly fixed the issue and had our right food to our door not even 30 minutes later… we really appreciate the workers last night (3-26) y’all are awesome!

Ordered supreme tonight.Special for 12 dollars best pizza we have ordered from them in years.Of course with inflation and fast food prices becoming more like a sit down restaurant you can't go wrong so skip the drive through for 40 dollar burgers and order the family pizza Hut tonight 😋

I'm a doordasher and was starving after delivering all day. Eric was wonderful. We chatted while I waited and he made sure I had everything including all my sauces. Food service looking out for food service! 💯💯💯

Service was great! Our pizza was hot and delicious. Celine and Jeremy were very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a coupon and they were quick to take care of me. I will be back!

Got takeout and ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza with white sauce and mushrooms on a thick crust. The pizza was ready for pickup when I got there, and the pizza was really good. Received good friendly service as well in a nice clean establishment...

I was kind of late picking up my pizza when I got my pizza surprisingly it was still piping hot. The gentleman working the register was very nice. And my pepperoni stuffed crust pizza was really good.

I've loved Pizza Hut for many years. Once in a while accidents happen but overall, the Stuff crust pizza is a guilty addiction I have and keeps coming back to Pizza Hut year and year. Good job guys. Keep it up!

This Pizza Hut has a great team. Every time I order, it gets made quickly and exactly to order. Plus the staff maintains a professional and polite attitude while producing a high quality product.

I was debating whether I wanted Dominos or Pizza Hut; I called D to place an order, their wait was 35 mins and I didn't want to go home and get back out. So I went to the Hut. They took my order and the wait time was 10 minutes; my food was fresh and hot. The service was good, I just wish they had a menu placed on the wall or near the register. Sometimes you want to order something different than the normal. Overall, I had a good experience.

The store manager and assistant manager are very nice, The pizza toppings and the sauce are very light though I ordered extra of 2 toppings and there's definitely not extra on there. But otherwise very nice people and the food always tastes good I wish corporate would figure out their delivery areas though because of this new location my address has been forgotten about and nobody seems to want to deliver to me and I used to be able to order all the time.

As a full time doordasher, my experience with the employees at the restaurants that I pick up from main the world to me.. Every single time I pick up from this location, I leave with a giant smile on my face. They work with efficiency, and also with a smile. Thank you so much so much!

I am a pizza freak I eat pizza everywhere and all the take out places have started to decline but I ordered from pizza hut thinking I shouldn't have done that before it even got to my house but the price was right then I got it and they definitely stepped up their game it was awesome the best I have had from a fast food type place in close to a year it was great maybe they started up with a new crew or something whatever it is their doing it right.

Stephen (I think I spelled his name correctly) was my deliver driver, he had a rude customer right before me. But still have service with a smile on his face and still being nice. Will always have my business when I’m in Springfield

I didn’t get the guys name who took my order over the phone but he was extremely nice! Sounded like he is very happy to be at work. The best customer service i’ve experienced in AWHILE!

The EDGE pizzas are excellent. Everyone here said "Good Pizza". Personally I liked them the last time you offered them. We had one of each and they were all delicious.
