CVS Pharmacy

We love the pharmacy at Schnucks Woods Mill. Esopecially Patty who goes the extra mile and is so helpful. We have moved recently but still drive to Schnucks WoodsMill for our pharmacy needs.

Very Kind pharmacist and staff. They are always very helpful and provide excellent service.

CVS pharmacy in Schnucks at Woods Mill is staffed with very helpful and knowledgeable people who really demonstrate the highest customer care. I highly recommend this pharmacy as one of best if not THE BEST in this area.

The employees here are very friendly, especially the pharmacists, whose names are Patty and Kendall. However, they seem to have an internal inefficiency regarding monitoring medication inventory to keep quantities in stock. It was never like that when it was a Schnuck's Pharmacy. Last week I picked up my blood pressure medication at a different a CVS pharmacy after waiting a full week after requesting a refill at this particular CVS location. This is not right and can put patients' lives in danger.

Their team is very rude and don’t like to do their job duties at all. I as if I can pick up prescription from a different location and to check to see if they have the prescription at that location. They said no. I asked again can you please check the computer to see if the have it so I won’t go and I could just come to that location. She again she no you have to do it. I again ask why you can’t check your computer to see if that location has it?? After all that the manager said I can but sometimes the computer has it wrong. That was so frustrating!

The worst I've ever experienced at any pharmacy I've ever been to. I've had issues getting my script every single one of my 3 times I've tried to pick it up. The pharmacist is a big dud who won't even make eye contact with his customers and has the tech explain instead. Avoid this location at all costs.

Was told I didn’t need an appointment for a covid shot so I showed up and the pharmacist said she was too busy. Worthless
