CVS Pharmacy

CVS did a great job for me. The pharmacy tech that was there was pulling up the prices for my meds because I had typically used Walgreens in the past. Therefore she had none of the coupons I had accumulated and saved with Walgreens throughout the years. She took the time to go through each script and try each and every RX coupon company there is out there. This meant alot to me because I am in between insurances and she helped bring the prices down on much needed medications by a significant amount. Furthermore I didn’t wait on hold for 10-15 minutes like I do on average with Walgreens. I was very satisfied with CVS. That’s not to say they are perfect they could use with some re branding and pricing in the front of the store but overall I was more than satisfied given what I needed that day. I won’t speak for CVS as a whole yet as I know you all take my reviews seriously but this location on Manchester I felt she empathized with my situation and helped as much as she could. Thank you CVS.

All positive. Professional, courteous and very busy. Like all pharmacies they seem to be slammed, Always. But they take their time to fully answer questions and to navigate health insurance.

Fantastic! I generally get fairly irritated at the pharmacy world and navigating my insurance. There was a male pharmacist (forgot his name) who helped me out. He and the technicians looked busy but gave me all of the time they had in the world. And got me out in a timely manner. A+

Staff is very professional and rxs are generally timely . They do an excellent job with the phone.

The physical space is a little limited probably needs some modification in the long run to separate the lines etc from grocery traffic. Not CVS's fault just what they "inherited" from Schnucks

Pharmacist identified and special ordered a petite version of required medicine. It was there the next day. And the attitude was courteous and professional which makes a big impact especially when one is ill. It was clear immediately they take 5heir work and their clients seriously.

i talked to the older pharmacist, Danny Schwinks. He explained my medicine copays to me and even gave me a lollipop! What a gentleman

Always have prescriptions on time and are always friendly.
