JERSEY CITY OFFICE CLOSING ON MAY 22 2024. Went to see Dr. Mark Weinstein for a hive issue in his Clifton, NJ office. His consultation was valuable. He took his time to explain the cause and treatment options one by one in logical manner. He was honest about what he knew and what he didn't. Great. The receptionists are nice although they may not sound the warmest on the phone. Make sure to fill out all the forms electronically prior to the visit. The instructions are straightforward. Dr. Weinstein is now my go-to guy for any allergy / hive / immune system issues.

Definitely, I was there last Tuesday, and I received the best service , I will be outside try to find the place but one of the customer service call me and help me to find the place , the medical assistant he is so nice I really feel very welcome and comfortable in the place, the doctor is extremely good. They deserve 5 🌟

Dr. Winestien is awesome and the staff, nurses, and receptionist are super kind, funny, and helpful. Great office!

Went to see Dr.Weinstein for hives a couple years ago at this location. Was treated well by the staff and they were very professional. Highly recommended.

Initially I was pretty upset with the fact that I had a hard time making an appt with the doctor and having an opportunity to adjust the schedule of my allergy shots, but both the nurse and the doctor eventually did their best to accommodate me so I appreciate their flexibility and their professionalism despite some of the constraints.

The doctor gave me a good explanation of my condition. But had to spend almost an hour to talk to him. And they don’t take blood onsite in their office, they will give you a piece of paper so you have to go to any other location to do it. Wasn’t very convenient for me.

If you want to be treated in the worst possible way by receptionists, this is the right place for you. Being rude and not knowing how to deal with patients must be a prerequisite for being a receptionist in this place. I have been a patient at this clinic since the end of 2020, it is just getting worse and worse.

Dr. Weinstein is absolutely amazing - a humorous, approachable, and highly professional allergist. However, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience at this clinic. I can't pinpoint where exactly things went wrong. During my last visit a month ago, I completed all the necessary paperwork to schedule my allergy shots. The doctor and nurses assured me that they would be ready within two to three weeks and that I would receive a call. However, a month has passed, and today when I called the office to inquire about the progress, the receptionist informed me that she had no idea how much longer it would take, possibly another month. I am utterly perplexed by this unexplained delay and the dismissive excuses given to patients. It lacks empathy, especially for seasonal allergy and asthma sufferers, and is highly unprofessional. Every patient hopes to receive efficient treatment and care within the promised timeframe. It is disheartening that unless I initiate contact, no one reaches out to provide updates. Moreover, the receptionist even questioned if I had completed the required paperwork. I would expect all the information to be available in your system. I am deeply disappointed with the way patients are treated here, and the lack of timely follow-up is extremely concerning. Allergy treatment is a lengthy process, and every patient wishes to start as soon as possible, but here, everything seems to be falling apart.

The receptionists are extremely unhelpful & incapable of making appointments. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to make an appointment. During that 30 minutes, the receptionist asked me to hold 6x so she can obtain assistance from the other receptionist. I called for allergy testing & she offered me a telemedicine appointment several times. After 20 minutes, I expressed my frustration with how long it was taking to secure an appointment. She put the other receptionist on the phone who asked me all of the same questions again. Cannot even rate the doctor because the receptionists are so limited, I am unable to make an appointment. However, based on the other reviews of how behind the practice runs, it is probably for the better that I did not waste more time here.

Then this is your place. It is a sweat shop. No process, no use of technology. They still run a practice as if it is 1990s.
