I had a mechanical on a trip I had confirmed months prior with a different broker. This is not uncommon in private aviation, but after having no adequate resolution within a couple hours, I found Mauricio and he jumped right in to help. He had an option for me within the hour for the same day. The flight was excellent, the crew was terrific, and the surprise catering was a pleasant surprise. Let me start by saying I’m brand new to private aviation, so this review is to share the experience encountered during my first private flight . I spoke with multiple companies/brokers that provided quotes and explained their booking process. After analyzing all the quotes and based on my conversations with various vendors, I decided to go with Thrust Aviation. I feel I made an excellent decision in choosing Thrust Aviation. David, my contact, not only provided a very competitive quote on a beautiful citation XLS from south Florida to Boston but his service was exceptional. As a brand new client spending a lot of money, i felt a little stressful not knowing what to expect and if I would be totally satisfied with the experience.
David and his team made this a very enjoyable because once the trip was booked they worked on all the details, transportation on both ends and provided delicious food on board. Flying charter is the way to go. I don’t think I’ll be going back to commercial airlines any time soon!
