I always had a hard time with Massage therapist as they only focused on specific area to the point it was painful instead of relaxing. This time Ana did an amazing job!! It was the best massage I’ve ever had! she did it with a good enough pressure to relieve the tense area and helped me to relax.

Roque is the most brilliant, knowledgeable and talented therapist whom I have ever met. I had been suffering from lower back injury and having trouble moving freely for the past weeks. The first massage with Roque immediately relieved much of such terrible pain, which was so amazing. A week later today I had another session with him. I feel so very close to full recovery and beyond. My entire body feels well rested and relaxed. Highly recommend Roque. Thank you 🙏🏻

Furthermore, the receptionists are always nice, smiley and super helpful. Not to mention, very relaxing atmosphere here.

Would definitely recommend a relaxing afternoon here, we had Nikki and Terrance for a couples massage, both were very good and focused on the trouble spots we agreed on at the beginning of the massage. The environment was very clean and well maintained. Front of house service was nice, we will return!

I had my first prenatal massage by Kristina and it was just what I needed. She worked out all the aches I've been experiencing and made me so relaxed. Every other staff member I interacted with (Gigi, Kia, & Dakota) were also very accommodating and pleasant. I would go back for another service and recommend others as well.

I saw Jay for the first time three weeks ago, and I’ve been back every week ever since! He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me understand my body better and how I needed to think about my overall fitness beyond my massage and cupping treatments. I like high pressure, deep tissue massages and usually go to Chinese doctors, but Jay has great hands and really delivered.

I had a CBD massage and facial at Salvation Wellness. The session was great. The facilities are beautiful with heated tables, amazing smells and a very relaxing ambiance. The owner is amazing and helped me with a problem that came up. She is very professional and I would definitely come back to such a well run business.

I've been having sciatic back/tailbone pain related to pregnancy. Went in for a spot-focused prenatal massage with Wojciech last night and woke up for the first time in weeks walking straight. He was slow and methodical but extremely deep and precise in tackling my pain. I literally feel less pregnant from how much looser and less stiff my hip area is. The session felt less like a massage and more like the critical back therapy I needed. The spa is serene, clean and beautiful. I couldn't recommend Salvation Wellness, their wonderful staff or Wojciech more!

I just left my one hour massage with Alicia (added the hot stone upgrade). Slept on my neck wrong the night before and could barely turn my head all day. Alicia was incredible I would cry if I wasn’t so relaxed. My neck and body is limber and feeling brand new. I appreciate the thorough stretching towards the end. The rooms and vibes were perfect. Will definitely be coming back. She also took the time at the end to go over where I was right and how to relieve it through stretches on my own. It was very kind and I’m most grateful.

I love Salvation Wellness! My wife and I are regulars and have been for years. The attention, professionalism, and care we receive from their staff is outstanding. The talented therapists are very skilled and knowledgeable and know exactly how to relieve the tension in neck and shoulders. I also recommend the CBD massage! They also have private saunas, which are amazing this time of year. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality therapeutic massage. Best massage in Jersey City!

Really enjoyed visiting Salvation Wellness and can’t wait for my next appointment! The location is really convenient and the atmosphere was perfect. Everyone was also really nice and helpful. Regarding my service, Rachel was AMAZING! She really listened and was super knowledgeable on how to address my problem areas like my neck, shoulders, and back from sitting and working at a desk all day. She also gave me a few tips to consider when I’m at home which was helpful. Lastly, she is all-around just so nice!

I had my first ever massage with Katsunari today. He made me feel comfortable and explained to me the causes of my trapezius muscle pain and was even identify some hip tightness that I've had since forever (former runner from high school). I thought the combo bodywork and massage was perfect. The atmosphere in the spa was also serene and relaxing. Great self care day today. Will be back!

I've been going to Salvation Wellness for several years and have always had wonderful therapists who have provided great massages. Their staff is kind. One time when a therapist was late to our appointment because of a flat tire, the Salvation team offered the option of rescheduling or 15 minutes in the infrared sauna. I did the sauna and have been a loyal customer because they take care of their people.
