Had a great experience working with owner Dara Tan. He was very communicative, prompt and responsible with coordinating the pick-up, custom crating and shipping of a large vintage porcelain advertising sign. He showed extra care and quality in the creative procedure needed to make sure this piece was packed, shipped and received in perfect condition. The cost was fair with no surprises. I would definitely recommend Folsom Pak Mail for your packing and shipping needs.

I found Dara Tar at Pak Mail to ship my sport car's hard top. He made a special wood box with a pallet on the bottom. He found insurance and scanned shipping companies to ship to Kentucky. He picked it up and did it all in a short period of time. I received it today in Kentucky and took it to the body shop where the car was to be painted. What a Blessing.THANKS

A great place to ship things out, print docs if you don't want to own a printer like me, buy stamps and have a mail box. The owners are wonderful, kind and super helpful. The cost is a tad higher than going to USPS but that's b/c they need to make a profit as well. I am happy to help.

The best shipping place in town! I have been here several times and every time they are all smiles and beyond friendly. They are clearly a family run business because they treat you like family when you even. They even went so far as to helping us weigh and tape boxes repeatedly to make sure they fit what our requirements were. We had stuff everywhere and they were cracking jokes and helping out. If you want your packages taken care of then only go here!

I went to a comparable store downtown, and they wanted to charge me several dollars for closing the box and affixing the label, basically. Boy, had I been spoiled by Pak Mail's "Customer first" approach!

There are a UPS store and another place like it, a mile or two closer to me than Pak Mail. Using Pak Mail is *so* worth the few minutes' extra drive.

Extremely satisfied mailbox customer for years. They have done an excellent job filtering and forwarding our mail. Whenever I need the box checked they are happy to do it, and Steve even called me to let me know a particular piece had arrived without even asking.

The people are so helpful. Regardless if I'm returning a package or i'm sending a package to an individual the employees always know what to do and help me package the item. They take their time finding the least expensive option and are just nice in general.

The new owner is also a full-time notary! We were able to get a paper notarized and mailed off to Sweden in one quick stop! This new owner is very customer service oriented. I recommend this place very highly!!
