The Lines for in-person service usually look kind of bad. However, they tend to move fairly quickly, and they've always taken care of me reasonably quickly. Today, I had an above and beyond experience. I called to let them know my key didn't work for my mailbox anymore. It went to an automated system, which said I would get a call back. Oh boy. Here we go
I got a call from Charles with the post office before I even had a chance to hang up with the automated system. Within 2 hours, I have three new keys and a new lock on my mailbox. This is an above and beyond experience!

Great location and service. I had an international incoming package that the shipper forgot to include my unit number. The branch held my package for almost a month. When I realized the shipper made the error I called the location. A great customer service gentleman called Charles was on a mission to find my package. He called me a few hours later, telling me he found it! He could’ve easily told me the package was lost and went on with his day. Could not be happier. Thank you Charles.

Alex in customer service did an amazing job! We had a fragile and somewhat bulky item we needed to ship out that was time sensitive. He knew exactly how much postage we would need and even walked me over to the scale to weigh the item to double check. He also instructed us to use the non machinable stamp so our item wouldn’t get crushed. Thanks for saving the day Alex!!!

Folsom CA post office is the definition of great customer service. We mistakenly dropped an important letter into their outside collection box. We called the post office & thanks to Ruth they got our letter back to us! This is typical of the service we have enjoyed from this location!

Every experience I’ve had at this post office and with its employees has been positive. The staff seems to always be doing more with less, and the added stresses of COVID I’m sure are particularly taxing. Mistakes happen. That’s a fact of life. So, yes, the employees here, like all of us, are imperfect. But the courtesy they’ve shown me and my perception of their commitment to quality customer service makes me very appreciative of the work they do to keep this operation running.

Last few times I have come here with packages, the employees are friendly, professional, and helpful. Not too busy when I have come either.

I am in Folsom for last 5yrs, and frequent visitor to USPS, never had any bad experience. Staff are very courteous and cooperative. It will be awesome if they keep smiling :) cheers.

Not sure who I just spoke to there at post office on Riley, but she was so friendly and super helpful in helping me locate my package! Yay! Customer Service still exist!

Once of the nicest USPS location I had ever been. Staff is super friendly and nice. Always greet you and help you as much as they can.

I have had my fair share of bad experiences at USPS around the country but this is not one of them. The staff here were really patient and helpful.

Usually there is a wait and queue. But to reduce the service time of customers they have an assistant who will do all preparatory works with you before you reach the counter.
