Starbucks

I see and hear people complaining about this particular Starbucks due to wait time but what no one is acknowledging is that it is the only one in this town go try it sit there for an hour and watch how many customers are actually served. I for one think the staff there does their absolute best to keep up with the flow of customers I mean come on people do you really expect your drink right now when the person making it has 42 drinks to make before they can make yours. I'm there almost every morning and will continue to go there and enjoy my espresso without getting upset that everyone around me 's world doesn't revolve around me and every little thing I want.

People working there are great! Atmosphere is great! Food is always good. I go everyday!! Can't say the same about the customers that go there, some of them are real snobs lol

My first cinnamon nitro blend with cold foam, it was lovely and now my favorite drink. It was perfect not bitter but not too sweet. Thanks Starbucks

I have loved Starbucks since I visited the first ever location in Seattle Washington. This location has it rough due to being the only one around for 60 miles so they're always busy but most of them are doing their best. The manager is very nice and accommodating and there's a girl with a long blonde ponytail who should be bumped up to assistant manager because she always makes the drinks correctly(matcha tea-shaken) and even under pressure shows composure to upset customers and quickly gets to work on making them happy.

Hands down the best Starbucks to visit. They always get my order correct, and I always see smiling, friendly faces. If someone leaves a bad review of this place, maybe they should check their own attitude first.

I will say their service has gotten better within the last few months. They used to often get my order wrong but it hasn't happened recently. We always order on the app and pick up in the drive-thru. They tend to take a while but that is to be understood because it is not a fast food place unlike how other people try to treat it. If you are in a rush I wouldn't stop here if you don't have 15 minutes to spare. If any issues occur in the order they are always nice and willing to help. No one in my family likes ice due to having very sensitive teeth which we have to drink everything room temperature.

Cake pops are DELICIOUS!! Had seasonal iced drinks with pumpkin 🎃 spice!! Wonderful!

This Starbucks is always friendly and quick, and they get the order right! This is a good place to sit and relax with a drink and friends or grab a quick drink.

Top Notch! Stopped in 6:30a and 2 of the nicest gals were working the entire shop, including nonstop drive-thru service. How they were pulling this off, while projecting perfect attitude and tone to all customers, I have no idea! I enjoyed a great flat white, and wonderfully hot egg bites in the roomy, clean interior.

Always good service. I really like the new blonde espresso.

The caramel mocha tasted really good, better than some other locations. Drive thru was a little slow, but it was a long line during the lunch rush. Employees were very friendly and fast.

Quick and on point. The workers definitely know how to serve up a cup of awesomeness.

I am not a StarBucks guy. My daughter wanted a drink so we made our way through the drive thru. Customer service was great the folks in line are a little out of hand.
I know my daughter liked it so I will be back for her.

I come here fairly often in the morning just after they open. The people are very friendly and the drinks are made well. The lobby and bathrooms are always clean. This is a great Starbucks location if I do say so myself.

Went in today, met a lovely person named nan, seemed a bit shy but was still very very amazing. She took my order and made my very delicious drink (thankyou!) I’ll never stop coming here thanks to a great experience like this.

I wish that you can add custom amounts of money onto your gold card from your phone, but you cannot. The coffee and service are almost always good. It tends to get overly saturated with customers around peak times and makes things drag on for both the customers and partners.

Morning staff knows what they are doing. They are very friendly and quick. They greet every person that walks in no matter how busy. Love coming here and doing my school work!! And I love the mobile app!

The only person working at the time I went in which was a little after 4pm, was amazing. She handled the rush hour like a pro. She made each order as it was suppose to be and did not get flustered or make a mistake.

I love this place, especially because every time I pull into the driveway and get in line, it just brings back very happy days spent with my granddaughter, CarriAnn, who recently moved back to Cali to attend the same high school that her dad attended. I live and miss her so very much. I hope she returns and finishes her Junior and senior high school years here in Enid Oklahoma.
