AT&T Store

Knowledgeable, and Attentive. They listen and go above and beyond to help. This store is Well Managed, Josh is working extremely hard to train great staff and keep customers happy. Even in the high frustration moments, they seem to handle it with professionalism. They have all been very helpful in several different areas.

I went in today in Enid believing I was going to spend over 800 dollars on a new phone because my charger port was not working, however Tom was beyond amazing kindly explaining all it needed was monthly maintenance even showing me how to clean out the port and it worked instantly. Awesome experience completely would recommend to everyone, Thanks Tom

We went to the atandt store in Enid Oklahoma and Savannah was so great. She was able to help us navigate our issues easily and she also taught us a bunch of things about our phones and the internet. She was so friendly as was everyone. Thank you Enid atand t team

I thought everything went smoothly. The rep was awesome. She told me how long the wait was all I needed to transfer my account. I had it taken care of. The other rep I believe was Kelly was amazing and I didn't have to wait long and she was able to answer all my questions.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Angelica was the associate who assisted me, and I have never had a better experience. She was honest, pleasant, and above all else, accurate. Never have I been able to ask for pricing info and get an accurate estimate from your associates. There have always been hidden fees, extra taxes, and whatever else your company decides to take. Angelica, however, made the process fun, easy, and simple. She gave me prices for multiple phones along with other requested information, all of which was perfectly accurate. There was no surprise extra costs because she let me know every single thing in advance.

Worked with Molly who was awesome. She was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. She asked me questions to determine what was important to me and how I used my phone. She listened to my answers and then gave me option based on my answers to her questions. Great experience!

Tatyana is fabulous! I came in 10 months ago and she provided ten star service. It was ended up not being the right timing to switch over but I came back today because of how wonderful she was. It was no surprise she was fabulous again! Molly, John, Angelica also all provided outstanding customer service. I was with sprint for 25 years and if these wonderful employees are any example of what to expect I will be with AT&T for the rest of my lifetime!! Thanks guys!

I can’t thank Angelica and Josh enough! From the start they were very kind and informative. Angelica got me set up with a phone for my son and a new watch for me and saved my family some money as well. They went above and beyond to make sure my watch was working as they had some issues with the system. Thanks Again!

Great and fantastic experience! Everyone was a huge help, Jamie, Josh, Angelica, and especially Molly. Everyone was right there to answer any questions I had and were very attentive. Molly helped me get a great rate and tried options I hadn’t thought possible! Overall very lovely team and I will be returning!!

Had help immediately and even when things looked like it wasn't going to work two employees Mindy and her supervisor continued attempting resolution using their base knowledge and critical thinking.
